Dear James:

This past weekend you sent an electronic mail message to Linda Farina, our Senior Director of Employee Benefits, that contained an attachment of a complaint you filed with the Texas Department of Insurance. Along with the E-mail to Linda, you attempted to distribute a copy of your message to many of the employees in Metromedia Restaurant Group’s corporate office.

You are welcome to directly correspond via E-mail with any MRG employee with whom you have related business. I understand that you correspond via E-mail from time to time with both Linda and Sherri Hancock in the benefits Department and we encourage you to continue to do so. However, we request that you limit your distribution of any such messages to those individuals who are working with you on specific matters.
