GENERAL TSO'S CHICKEN

First, Season your flour with some salt and pepper. Have your deep fryer warming up. Take the chicken and coat it in the flour. Cook it in the deep fryer till it's nice and brown. Now for the sauce. I usually take the recipe and make 4x the amount except not 4x the amount of thai peppers. Heat 1 T of oil in a fry pan along with a clove of minced garlic and your thai peppers (if dried break them but DON"T eat them). Add alittle bit of crushed red pepper also. When the oil is hot add the Red Wine Vinegar, Sugar, Catsup, Soy Sauce and Worcestershire Sauce until it starts to thicken. Now, add your chicken and keep tossing it to coat it. Put this on a bed of rice atop of some fresh steamed Broccoli and what a meal. Pour any extra sauce atop of the chicken. REMEMBER, DON'T EAT THE THAI PEPPERS AFTER COOKED UNLESS YOU CAN TAKE THE HEAT OF EXTREMELY "HOT" PEPPERS.
Thai Peppers are very tasty and hot. They can usually be found in an Oriental food market.
