Butch's Hot Wings
Your Shopping List
- 4 Thai Peppers
- 6 T Durkees hot sauce
- 1/2 Stick margerine
- 1 T Vinegar (white)
- 1/4 t cayenne pepper
- 1/4 t crushed red pepper
- 1/8 t garlic salt
- 1/8 t black pepper
- 1/4 t worcestershire sauce
- 2 t tabasco sauce
- about 30 defrosted wings
Ready for some gooood wings? Let's get cooking.
1-Take all the ingredients and mix in a saucepan real slow and low on the
heat. Let everything blend till it has a uniform color.
2-While that's going take your wings and put them under your broiler about
12 minutes per side or until cooked.
3-After the wings are cooked put them into a plastic zip lock bag with the
sauce and shake them up.
4-This step is optional. I take and put them into a saucepan and the them
get real crispy with the sauce forming a layer on them.
5-Start eating and don't stop till they're gone. Enjoy!
