EMERGENCY MEASURES PSYCHOSOCIAL INTERVENTION IN QUEBEC

         Quebec has become a leader in psychosocial disaster intervention.
         This presentation will provide an overview of the principal elements of 
         the psychosocial aspect of Emergency Measures in Quebec. Participants 
         will hear why Quebec developped this program and the rôle psychosocial 
         interventions play in Emergency Measures. They will come to know the 
         integrated approach, the training program, the tool kit and the way in 
         which these are put into practical application.
