BRIDGING THE GAP - 
THE CRISIS RESPONSE NETWORK

       The New Mexico crisis Response Network (NMCRN) is a state sponsored
       service which grew from the NMCISM Emergency Services support concept.
       Government and other community services call a central number for crisis
       assistance which includes: assessment and mobilization of local and
       statewide resources; crisis intervention; post event care of caregivers;
       prevention initiatives and public information; data summary and evaluation
       and ongoing violence prevention education.
