Please send money in U.S. dollars. I do not accept credit cards, foreign currency, or checks drawn on a foreign bank. I do accept U.S. checks, U.S. dollars, and both U.S. and International money orders. Please make checks payable to Louise Williams. Personal checks will be held for 10 business days to clear. Money orders are welcomed and will speed shipping.
All dolls are shipped via U.S. Postal Service. Please send me an e-mail requesting shipping and handling charges to your address. If any damage occurs during shipping, please contact your local Post Office and let me know immediately if there is a problem.
Returns accepted if customer returns doll within ten days of receipt. Customer pays return postage. Money will be refunded after I receive the doll (if same condition as when shipped to customer). There are no returns on NRFB (Not Removed From Box) items.
Layaways are for three months only and !/3 rd down, second month the same and last month the same. If you cancel an order you will forfeit your deposit, which is 1/3 rd of doll price. Deposit monies are non-refundable.
