On-Line Reservation Form / Request For Information Package


Due to popularity & limited capacity of 25 passengers per excursion, reservations are strongly suggested.

If you are planning to visit Grand Manan Island for a few days, we suggest you reserve your excursion early in your stay and possibly consider a "rain-date" reservation as well. In the event of unfavorable weather conditions such as dense fog or strong winds, excursions will be cancelled. Your rain-date booking will come into effect only in the event that your primary reservation was cancelled due to the above mentioned. If the weather does not interfere with your reservation, your rain-date booking is automatically voided.

In respect to accommodation reservations, we advise advanced arrangements be made. If you should require recommendations, we would be pleased to offer assistance.

Note: There is no variation in whale sightings from morning or afternoon excursions but as a rule the morning excursions tend to have calmer sea conditions unless adverse weather conditions exist. We guarantee whale sightings or money refunded!

Requirements to Confirm Reservation:

Deposit of 50% in the form of a personal cheque or a credit card number are required to confirm the reservation.

When a deposit of 50% or a credit card number is given to confirm, a formal confirmation is mailed to you. If a deposit was sent by the means of a personal cheque, a receipt is issued. If a credit card # is used to secure the reservation, no charge will be made to the card until the actual departure of the scheduled whale watch excursion. An impression of the card will be taken at that time.

Cancellations On Our Part: If unfavorable weather such as dense fog or strong wind results in cancellation of a scheduled excursion, participants are entitled to utilize their rain-date reservation. If a rain-date booking has not been previously reserved, rescheduling will be depend upon availability of seats.

If passengers do not wish to reschedule for another excursion their 50% deposit is totally refundable.

Cancellations On Clients Part: If unforeseen circumstances arise, and a 50% deposit has been made, the deposit will be refunded in full if cancellation notification is received 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time.

Refunds: Refunds are in the form of a company cheque. The refund will be sent by mail or presented to the client in person if the opportunity is present.
