Quality Manager / Leader - 4 Positions

Basic responsibilities of the position:

• Should have lead medium size to large sized teams for a minimum period of 2 years.
• Should have a successful track record of delivering quality software in reputed organizations
• Should have exposure to defining and implementing process for software development and should have worked in ISO or CMM level certification efforts
• Preferably should have had interacted with overseas clients
• Preferably should have technology orientation and exposure in an Object Oriented environment.
• Should have excellent oral and written communication skills and proven ability to build and lead team successfully.
• Good knowledge in Testing process
• Experience with Automated test tools is Desirable
• Experience in Software development processes is desirable
• Experience: 4 + years

Expertise includes:

• Strong Knowledge in HP-Unix/IBM Unix/Windows NT/Sun-Soloris/Digital Unix
• Networking
• Ability to work with cabletron hubs & Switches and VLANS
• Exposure to Cisco Router configuration
• Ability to write shell scripts (PERL/KSH/SH)
• Exposure to clearcase software Admin is a BigPlus
• Should be a Graduate
• With a Minimum of 2+ years of Experience.

Engineer - PORTING:

Expertise includes:

• Strong Knowledge in Unix/Windows NT
• Networking - TCP/IP
• Unix - Shell scripts, Working knowledge in VI editor
• 'C' Programming, COBOL
• Ability to write shell scripts (PERL/KSH/SH)
• Knowledge of GNU make files
• Should be a Graduate
• With a Minimum of 4+ years of Experience.
