Here are the latest pictures of Tahoe! He is about 2.5 years of age in these two photos. You can see his fancy harness that he wears when he has to go out in public - what a cool dude! Linda assures us that he is still getting into just as much trouble as when he was a puppy - but she adores him regardless of his antics!
Here are two candid shots of Tahoe on his 2nd birthday - in the one photo he's counter-surfing for his birthday cake, or so I'm told! The last picture was used on Tahoe's Christmas card this year - isn't he handsome!?!
Well, I just got back from AL where I was able to visit with Tahoe for a whole week. Let me tell you, this puppy has grown into a VERY handsome young dog!! Pictures just don't do him justice. He was 10 months old at the time of my visit and about 110 pounds of thick, strong, substantial dog! His temperament is coming in nicely too, as he demonstrated the evening that I arrived by nose-punching me in the leg and then nipping my pants to see if he could get a reaction out of me. Luckily, I stood there and ignored him. It took a few days until he was mostly comfortable with me being there. Tahoe is a smart boy who has a talent for getting into just about anything you DON'T want him into!! But, I'll give him credit, he is a hoot to be around! I enjoyed my visit tremendously and I am very thankful of the hospitality that Webb and Linda showed me! I hope to be able see Tahoe again sooner than later!! :)
This is Tahoe at 6 months of age and about 75 pounds. What a VERY handsome boy he is turning out to be!! Along with these two pictures were a few others, including one of him snarfing around on the counter looking for food - I chose NOT to upload that one onto his webpage - I like the image of him being an angel, NOT a little devil!! Linda tells me that he is very smart, if not a bit challenging, but it sounds like she is doing a great job with him!
Tahoe may look sweet and innocent in the first few pictures, but Linda assures us that he is a little Devil!! You can see this in the last photo, where he is telling Linda his thoughts on her training - WE didn't teach him those words!! It is amazing how much he has grown! He is about 4 months old and 53.5 pounds in these pictures.
What a character little Tahoe is becoming!
It is difficult to believe that Tahoe is growing so quickly!!! As you can see, he gets tuckered out after wrecking havoc on his family!!
This is the first picture (of many I'm sure!) of Tahoe in his new home. We had such a good time with Linda and Webb when they came out to pick up their boy. As much as we miss having him around the house, it was good to know that he was going to a wonderful loving home with such fantastic people!!!
Heeeerreeee pig, pig, pig!!! Tahoe is already using his wits to outsmart these two weaner pigs. He had a blast moving them all over the yard!
We finally got Tahoe to stand still long enough to get a good picture of his head, and a lovely head it is! You can see the arch of his neck, the fold of skin at the rear corner of his eye, his nice ear set, his dewlap, and his nicely proportioned head. His muzzle is now growing out so that his skull to muzzle ratio is getting closer to 1:1. If he keeps it up, he is going to be a beautiful dog!
Here is the little bugger when he was 3 weeks old! He just keeps on getting cuter!!!
