Congratulations to Jillian and Marli for her evaluation of OFA Excellent!!!!!

Here's Marli at 22 months of age. This girl SURE can get a stuck-up look on her face, can't she?!?! You can see from the smile on Jillian's face that Marli is one SPOILED, loved little princess!

Jillian sent us Marli's TT photos and these are the 4 that we thought showed Marli's attitude the best! You can see that she is definitely NOT playing around! She did SO great and we are all proud of her (check out that big ol' GRIN on Jillian's face!)!!!

We are sad to announce that Marli's best buddy, Boa, was put to sleep in May of 2002. His degenerative hip dysplasia finally made life too uncomfortable, and Jillian made the responsible choice to release him from the discomfort with which he was dealing. Here are some pictures of Marli when she was 16 months of age. In the first one, she is showing her toy octopus how to guard the house by looking out the windows for strangers! You can see from the second and third photos how Marli is looking now. She is a very feminine girl who is super strong and agile. In the last picture, you can see how much she has grown since the last time a picture was taken of her and her buddy, Boa.

I was lucky enough to be there when 16 month old Marli kicked ass and protected her beloved Mommy! It was great seeing these two again. Of course, Marli has grown significantly in the 13 months since we last saw her, but she was still a pretty girl who very clearly loves Jillian to death! We had such a great time (Thanks Brenda Bagwell of Eanlo for putting on this event!) and Marli did really well, even though she was growly and grumpy the WHOLE damn time! We're hoping to get some pictures of her TT up as soon as someone gets some developed!

Marli sitting at 9 months, her pretty face at 10 months, her awesome profile at a year of age, and her deer-like figure at 13 months of age! When this girl finally fills in we think she's going to be gorgeous! Of course, her Mommy thinks she's gorgeous already! :)

Here you see pictures of Marli (on top) when she was 6 and 7 months of age. On bottom, she is 8 months of age. You can really see how much she is growing by comparing her to Boa. From the stacking picture, it is obvious that she is a very nice, correct puppy! And there is no debating that she is adorable, either!

Here are the latest from Marli and Jillian - she is 3 months old in the first picture, 4 months in the second two, and 5 months in the last two.

Can you believe how fast Marli is growing? She is quite the character and seems to be the love of her owner's life! We are hoping that Jillian will show her at some point as we think Marli is a very pretty puppy! You can definitely tell she is a BARF dog though - lean and strong, the way a large-breed puppy should be!!! Good job, Jillian!

Here are some new pictures of Marli. She is about 10 weeks in these photos. The first two show her with her family, Boa the Bullmastiff, and her Mom Jillian. The third one catches her in the act of being devilish! And finally the last one shows her being an angel! :)

Here is Marli at 6 weeks of age. We really think she looks like a sweet doe with her big brown eyes! She has a great personality!

This is the little fawn girl that took us by surprise! With DJ and Maverick both being brindles (and 3 of the 4 grandparents ALSO being brindle), we were not expecting any fawn puppies. We knew that it was possible, but we didn't think it was likely. Well, here she is to prove us wrong!
