Thomas Cline, MBA, Ph.D.
holds an MBA in general management from the University of Virginia's Darden School, and a Ph.D. in marketing from the University of Cincinnati. He has presented his research on advertising, consumer behavior, marketing strategy, and social psychology at international business conferences such as the American Marketing Association's Educators' Conference, the American Psychological Association, the Society for Consumer Psychology, and the Haring Symposium. He is also published in the Journal of Psychology and Marketing and the results of some of his research were recently featured in Psychology Today and New Woman Magazine. Dr. Cline is trained in causal research design and analysis, including structural equation modeling and multivariate analytic techniques. In addition to quantitative research, he has conducted qualitative research such as focus groups and in-depth interviews. He has taught in the MBA program at the University of Cincinnati and has given seminars on advertising strategy and marketing research. His use of strategic business simulations and case studies in both teaching and seminars provides his audiences with unique insight into the practical applications of theoretical business problems.

Antony Davies, Ph.D. holds a Ph.D. in economics from the State University of New York at Albany. Having served as Chief Analytics Officer for an Internet computing firm, he has experience in business plan development, financial analysis, and e-commerce startups. He is the author of a principles of economics textbook, has published in the Journal of Econometrics, Journal of Consumer Psychology, Proceedings of the American Marketing Association, Proceedings of the Conference on Consumer Psychology, and is a contributing author to Developments in Limited Dependent Variable and Panel Data Models, a compilation of some of the latest developments in econometric analysis published by Cambridge University Press. Dr. Davies has been an invited speaker at national and international conferences such as the International Forecasting Symposium in New York City, the Econometric Society World Congress in Tokyo, the International Conference on Panel Data in Paris, the International Forecasting Symposium in Istanbul, the American Economic Association, and the Eastern Economc Association. He was recently a featured speaker on the topic of global finance at an investments seminar held at Wolf Trap in Washington, DC, an invited speaker on the Economics of Internet Computing at Yale University, and on Analysis of Forecasts at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.
