Patricia G. Rourke  lives in Monroe, MI.  She is a clinical psychologist, who readily admits that she writes to keep her sanity.  She has published four books of poetry during the past four years. Some of her other publishing credits include:

Joyce Odam lives in Sacramento, CA.  She is the editor of this magazine.  She has more credits than this publication allows for.  She is also a revolving editor of CQ (California Quarterly) and the co columnist of Senior Magazine's Poetry Corner (circulation over 250,00). Joyce has many awards and distinctions among one in particular is an Insider Report interview in the 2000 POET'S MARKET, which was given by the then editor of that publication, Chantelle Bentely (Interview can be found on pages 294-297).

Carol Hamilton lives in Midwest City, Oklahoma.  She is the current Poet Laureate in Oklahoma.  In 1995, she received the Oklahoma Book Award for a chapbook of her poetry, Once The Dust.  She has since received a Southwest Book Award in 1998 for a children's novel, The Dawn Seekers.  Her work has appeared in such places as Commonwheal, The Christian Science Monitor, New York Quarterly, Greensboro Review, Cape Rock, Roanoke Review, Skylark, Midwest Quarterly Review and Windsor Review.  She was nominated this year for a second time for a Pushcart prize.

Michael Meinhoff lives approximately thirty miles south of Yosemite National Park.  He is a graduate of the University of Oregon with a degree in philosophy.  Currently he is an instructor of English at State Center Community College District in Oakhurst, California.  Michael has been writing and submitting poetry for more than ten years; quite a number have appeared in Chaminade Literary Review, Mind in Motion, Poetpourri and Poetry Depth Quarterly.

Nan Sherman lives in South Central Los Angeles, California.  She is newly retired from the NCJW/LA's Woman Center.  She has been an actress on Broadway and began writing in 1981.  Her poetry has appeared in Slipstream, California State Poetry Quarterly, Pulpsmith, Black Buzzard Review, Piedmont Literary Review, Shattersheet and many others.  This is her first appearance in Poetry Depth Quarterly.

Joshua Meander lives in Woodside, NY.  He suffered a back injury at nineteen and was bedridden for several months.  During this time he discovered poetry by listening closely to the lyrics of songwriters of the 1960's.  From the age of nineteen until 35, he complied 200 poems, half of which appear in his book Blue Unicorn Harvest.  This is his first appearance in Poetry Depth Quarterly.

Betty Irene Priebe lives in Waukesha, Wisconsin.  She has had a career as an artist, an award winning painter.  Her poetry has appeared in such places as Chrysanthemum and Hellp!.  This is her first appearance in Poetry Depth Quarterly.  However, she has read this magazine in the past and has enjoyed it.
