Intent to Submit
In order to present the most current and relevant technical
information the submission of papers is 9 months
(January 30, 1998) from the conference date (September 2, 1998) on
any related conference topic.

key author/paper information to be submitted in advance of the paper
deadline date.
Potential presenters must precede their submission
