Intent to Submit

In order to present the most current and relevant technical information the submission of papers is 9 months (January 30, 1998) from the conference date (September 2, 1998) on any related conference topic. To effectively administer this schedule, organizers require key author/paper information to be submitted in advance of the paper deadline date.

Potential presenters must precede their submission with a completed "Intent to Submit" form as soon as possible. Upon receipt of this form, organizers will assign each author an identification number to be used in all subsequent communications with ISSSTA '98. The following general criteria will apply:

Time Scale:
Submission of full paper: 30 January 1998
Notification of acceptance : 1 April 1998
Camera ready copy : 1 June 1998

Format: Papers must be written in English, single-spaced, single-column and limited to approximately 3000 words (5 typeset pages, including figures). Typeface must be Courier font, point-sized 12 (or the comparable international standard font, including Helvetica or Times Roman). Margins must be 2.5 cm's on all sides (As a guide, Latex users may use the isit97.sty style sheet).

Title Page: The title page must include:

Abstract Page: Authors must include a 500-word, single-spaced abstract with their submission. The abstract should be structured to show the objectives of the presentation, methodology, and a summary of results and conclusions. The abstract page must also include the paper title and assigned identification number.

Subsequent Pages: Paper title (in capital letters) and the assigned identification number must appear at the top of each page. Serial page numbers must appear in the bottom right hand corner of each page.
