Come walk with me today
enjoy the beauty along the way
breathe in the freshness in the air
the quietness in our heart we share



it's great to get away for awhile
for life is full of many a trial
come walk with me today
leave your burden get away


we never seem to have the time
to walk through the beautiful pines
get away for a little while
share some coffee and a smile



walk with me today
we can talk and pray
enjoy the beauty all around
place our feet on solid ground


we can drop our burdens 
at the foot of the cross
and leave them there with Jesus
He'll take care of them for us


so come walk with me today
you will enjoy the time away
when you get back you'll feel better
the burdens of the world won't matter
