The gift of talent is free
God gives the abilty
to you and me
some may preach some may sing
some play the
piano some pray
you may be a listner
others may teach
some go out to spread the word
others hold the hand
of one who is sick
others have a heart to give
you may hand out
the hymnal books
or after church be
the picnic cook
you may minister at
the old folks home
or talk with the bum
on the street whos all alone
you may be the one
to dry the tears
of a friend who needs
to know someone cares
no job is ever to small
God needs someone to
fill them all
and so on us He will call
always remember
without a doubt
that little is lot
when on God we count
no matter what talent
God has gave to us
He wants us to do
are very best
So take the talent
God's great gift
and use it some way
a heart to uplift
