Bismillahir Rahmaanir Rahim
In this issue we have presented different personalities in the history of Islam. The best of these presented is Imam Shaffi. The worst is featured in our tyrant series. Usaama bin Ladin continues to mystify the world with his unrelentless stance against tyranny and falsehood, as well as absolute defiance of the West. Many of the Mujahidin who once fought to remove tyranny and oppression from Afghanistan are now called terrorists. Once hailed as freedom fighters by the United States, they are now considered the enemies of the United States and Democratic countries throughout the world. Mujahid Usmama falls into this category. Upon his return from fighting to defend the innocent and weak in Afghanistan from invasion by Russian terrorists, Usama and many others found the United States camped in their front living rooms. The Mujahidin returned from fighting only to find another evil, but this time at home and welcomed by the same leaders who once were only happy to send them to go and fight. Now these freedom fighters, are hunted and persecuted by their governments. The fight against the United States will continue. The biggest terrorists and war criminals has always persuaded their advesaries with bribary, however this will not work with the deeply religious and noble Mujahidin. The United States has a new weapon which is more deadly than the nuclear bomb they dropped on Hiroshima. This weapon is economic sanctions and trade embargos. The freedom fighters of yesterday are now the victims of a vicious campaign to starve and deny them basic human neccessity. But Allah tells us that the kuffar plot and plan, but He Ta'ala is the best of planners, meaning that Allah will have His Way and the disbelievers WILL NOT have the last laugh. May Allah curse the United States and raise up the Mujahidin within her belly to fight kufr and strip her of all might. May Allah grant success to the Mujahidin and give them continuous victory all over the world. May Allah cause the Muslims to make hijrah or stand and fight. Ameen. Abu

SOUND
OF DEATH HEARD AROUND THE WORLD AND ESPECIALLY IN RUSSIA Two days ago, there was a massive explosion in Moscow that rocked the streets of Russia. This came at a bad time for the Russians, who are still being made to look like ineffective simpletons by the Mujaahidin of the Chechen areas. Many of the officials in the government suspect that it is from the Mujaahidin of either the Chechen area or their sympathisers. This type of incident comes as a nightmare to the Russians who still remember the bombing campaign that killed large amounts of people in Daghestan more than four months ago. Insha'allah, our Mujaahidin will continue on and will not fold or incline towards the kuffar. May Allah give them victory and establish their feet firmly to defend Islam and Muslims.
USAAMAH
IBN LAADIN USAAMAH IBN LAADIN GETS HIS FOURTH WIFE AS THE PRICE FOR HIS HEAD RISES It was announced last week in the Financial Newspaper that Salmaan ibn `Abdul `Aziz of Saudi Arabia has signed a near 275,000 pound death warrant for Usaamah ibn Laadin. This exorbitant sum of money will go to whoever can assassinate Ibn Laadin, who is an Afhgan jihaad veteran currently living in the mountains of Afghanistan. Prince Salmaan also encouraged people to dissent from Usaamah, and the Prince mentioned that already, many people have and that Shaikh Usaamah ibn Laadin is afraid for his life. According to reports issued by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, as many as 60 people have left from among his body guards and the head of his security leadership, Mr. Abu Mus`ab as-Suri, was also said to be replacing his bodyguards with Kashmiris due to the fact that the Arabs are leaving his side and placing their loyalties with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It has also been mentioned that he married a Yemeni woman as a fourth wife. But as Allah (SWT) has a way of exposing the twisters, the story would soon collapse. alJazira satellite television, an Arabic language news channel, with a viewing of over 160 million people, has also announced the claim confirming what is in the Financial Times. However, on the following day, the channel apologised for what it denounced as unreliable information and in a surprise conducted a live interview with brother Abu Mus`ab as-Suri, the supposed dissident from the camp of Ibn Laadin. But what as-Suri said was hardly the rhetoric of a man that had hatred for or enmity towards Ibn Laadin. This brother declared the following in the interview: "There are a lot of false allegations being thrown about. I do not work within the structure of Usaamah, but I respect the man and I support his cause. 1. In regards to the questions raised about numerous assassination attempts on Shaikh Usaamah ibn Laadin, Yes, Usaamah has indeed been the subject of many assassination attempts. 2. I flatly deny the allegations that Usaamah has changed his bodyguards with Kashmiris. However, the rumors are correct that he married a Yemeni woman, and I was in attendance for the festivities. 3. There were nice times at the wedding and we and Usaamah's colleagues were mocking the new world order. 4. With regards to the sum being offered by Salmaan, we have seen this all over the Qur'an where Allah has said, "Truly, those who are kuffar spend their wealth to hinder the path of Allah. So they will spend it, then they will have grievance. Then they will be overcome and those who are kuffar will be rushed to the Fire," Surat ulAnfaal, ayah 36' End of comment by as-Suri Our comment: You can now see that the kuffar are mixing the truth with falsehood and when the Mujaahidin have the opportunity to correct the news, it is good for everyone. This teaches a lesson to not get the news of the Mujaahidin just through the kuffar. We must have independent news. This is why we ask people to reprint our magazine and spread the news. It is important for the Ummah to use what little resources it has for boosting its' pride and to rise itself up. And may Allah strengthen our Mujaahidin and give honour to the Ummah and help the sincere Muslims to serve Allah.
THE
EVIL OF CRAVING
To the believers in the Earth under the strain and pain of This Worldly Life, we offer a warning: Beware of the lures of this world! Do not fall into the dubious plan of Iblis and his whisperings! Allah (SWT) has said to the believers in the Qur'an to be aware of the plots that are against us by Iblis, for his enmity with us is real, "Truly, the Shaitan is an enemy to you. So take him as an enemy. he only calls his group to be the Companions of the Blazing Fire," Surah Faatir, ayah 6 In fact, we were shown from the very beginning his sick and twisted behaviour, when he said to Allah (SWT), upon his expulsion from the Heaven, "Then by Your might, I will lead all of them astray, except those among your slaves that are sincere," Surah Saad, ayah 82-83 But how would Iblis lead man astray? Exactly how would he do this incredible task? This task would be completed and realised in the following manner, "I will make evil seem good to them on the Earth and I will put them in falsehood in totality, except your servants that are sincere from among them," Surat ulHijr, ayah 40 "It was the life of this World that deceived them. And they will bear witness against themselves that they were unbelievers," Surat ulAn`aam, ayah 130 It is this worldly life that man seeks after. But what is in this life that could lead man away? "And bring those who you are able against them, with your voice, make attacks on them with your troops and infantry, mutually share with them wealth and children and make promises to them. But the Shaitan promises them nothing but deception," Surat ulIsraa', ayah 64 "Wealth and children are the adornment of the life of this world," Surat ulKahf, ayah 46 "And put forward to them the example of the life of this world. It is like water that we sent down from the sky. "So the vegetation of the Earth mixes with it and becomes fresh and green. Then it becomes dry, whithered and broken pieces, and the winds scatter it. And Allah is able to do everything," Surat ulKahf, ayah 45. So from these ayaat, we can understand that this life is temporal. It is a temporary affair. But how should we live it? Do we conclude that the world is evil in totality and live as monks in the mountains, wearing rough clothing, having sworn off the Earth? Or should we accept, cynically, that there is nothing to do to change it, therefore, since, 'You only live once, why not make the best of it?' What should be the balance? That balance is that while we are here on Earth, we are to be in worship of Allah and serving Him. This is why Allah has said, "And I have not created men and jinn except to worship Me," Surat udh-Dhaariyaat, ayah 56 This service of worship includes everything from worship in the masjid all the way to how we conduct our affairs, loving and hating for his cause, ruling by His Shari`a while we are on Earth, the way we do business transactions and the upbringing of our children. All of these things are part of our responsibilities while we are on Earth. But while we are here, we also have to contend with the tests that Allah has put for us. There is also the living that we make while we are on planet Earth. This is how Allah has set up things so that we may receive our maintenance. In addition to this, there is the enmity between mankind and the Shaitan, who are looked in battle until the Day of Judgement. So in the course of working and doing our obligations, there are many distractions that could come our way. One of those is to be trapped by the mirage of the way of this world. The way we get trapped most often is by wealth and status. Many times we don't even realise it, but over time, it comes upon us, building up little by little, until finally, we are swimming against the incredible and vigilant current of ad-Dunya (The Worldly Life). This is illustrated by the words of Allah, "The mutual rivalry of piling up things diverts you, until you visit the graves," Surat u-Takaathur, ayah 1-2. So we should know for sure, without doubt, that the piling up of things happens over time. Many times, we do not even realise that we are doing it. Before we are fully cognizent of what has occurred, we begin to see these luxuries as 'necessities,' not able to 'live without them.' The excuses come, one after another. Everything from absolute necessity to keeping up with the times and the changes of modern technology. Who wants to remain behind and be shut out of the technology race, we brazenly ask? This is why Allah (SWT) rightly said, "Wealth and children are the adornment of the life of this world. But the good righteous deeds that last are better with your Lord for rewards and better in the way of hope," Surat ulKahf, ayah 46. Irrespective of what excuse we make, we are in the end piling up these things for the reason that we crave STATUS and/or WEALTH. Some of us risk great means, and some of us our lives to realise their dream life. Some kill for it, others maim others and still the worst of these harm and denigrate themselves to the lowest levels. And for this Ummah to take part in it is disastrous, as the Messenger (SAW) warned us in a narration from Ka`b ibn Maalik (RAA), "There are not two hungry wolves set loose upon a flock of sheep more dangerous to it than a man seeking and coveting wealth and the status for his religion," related by at-Tirmidhi, Ibn Hibbaan, Ahmad and an-Nisaa'ii and classified as sahih. We see here that two things are mentioned in this hadith, wealth and status. The first part of our work will focus on those who focus on coveting wealth. The second part we will be concerned with the status aspect of the hadith. THE ONE WHO IS SEEKING AFTER WEALTH Thus the one that is coveting wealth is putting himself in great danger in regards to his religion, his life and the Hereafter for himself. This is exactly why the Messenger (SAW) warned us in this matter without any doubt. Shaikh ulIslam Ibn Rajab alHanbali (RH), the great scholar, clarified further the hadith previously mentioned, "As far as desire and coveting, it is of two types, 1) The disastrous and catastrophic coveting 2) The beneficial and useful coveting and desire. "And as far as the catastrophic and disastrous coveting and desire, then it is the man that covets and desires the Dunya (The Worldly Life), "As far as the beneficial and useful form, it is when the man desires and covets the obedience to Allah," Sharh Hadith Maa Dhi'baan Jaa'i`aan, p. 14. The first form of covetous desire can lead to nothing but destruction, and we should beware of the following hadith of the Messenger (SAW), "Stinginess, greediness and imaan are not gathered and contained in the heart of a believer," Related by Imaam Ahmad, an-Nisaa'ii and Ibn Hibbaan and classified as hasan (good). This is the hoarding after wealth that we have been warned of. But this is not the only way one could be hoarding or coveting wealth, for there are two ways that one can hoard wealth that he has coveted, 1) The one who covets the wealth from other people, and he may seek to harm other people from the wealth. 2) The one who covets wealth until he seeks wealth from haraam means and he hinders the necessary rights upon him. Then this is from hard-hearted stinginess. Allah (SWT) has said, "And those saved from the greediness and stinginess of their souls, then they are the successful ones," Surat ulHashr, ayah 9 The Prophet (SAW) also warned us, "The best imaan is patience and magnanimity," Related by Imaam alBukhaari, alHaakim and Imaam adh-Dhahabi and classified as sahih (authentic). Again, we should ponder over this same hadith of the Messenger (SAW) that we mentioned before, "Stinginess, greediness and imaan are not gathered and contained in the heart of a believer," Related by Imaam Ahmad, an-Nisaa'ii and Ibn Hibbaan and classified as hasan (good). Of benefit to us from be why the Messenger (SAW) warned us away from this act of greed, "Have fear of stinginess and greed! For stinginess and greed destroyed those before you. They were ordered with breaking mutual relations with one another, so they broke relations. "They were ordered with stinginess, so they became stingy. And they were ordered with impiety, so they became impious," Narrated by Abu Dawud with an authentic (sahih) chain. From this, we should learn the lesson that coveting and wealth are related. And when they come together, these two things decrease both imaan and the religion dramatically. This happens when the rights of the religion regarding wealth (zakah, sadaqa) are hindered and the haraam acts with wealth (gambling, drugs, etc.) proliferate, to the point where the religion and imaan are decreased without doubt, until the case is that nothing remains of either one of them except a little. THE ONE WHO IS SEEKING AFTER STATUS Shaikh ulIslam Ibn Rajab alHanbali (RH) advised us in regard to this issue of the evil of seeking status, "And as far as the coveting of status, it is far worse of a destructive factor than the seeking after wealth. Thus the seeker of the status of the Dunya and to be risen up up and respected above men and exalted in the Earth is more harmful on the slave who is seeking wealth and its' harm is worse. "And piety and abstention from it is more difficult. Thus the wealth, it humiliates the seeker of authority and status," p. 20-23 of his work, Sharh Hadith Maa Dhi'baan Jaa'i`aan Shaikh Ibn Rajab (RH) speaks with rightful authority on this issue, for he was living in the time period when the Tatars had invaded the Muslim lands. During this time, some people made a great deal of benefit off of the suffering of Muslims. This type of double-dealing comes from the seeking after the status and wealth of others or for onesself. So we can see that just the coveting of wealth can be extremely dangerous. But to actually try to attain a wealth through coveting and chasing after status can be LETHAL. The coveting of wealth through status has two parts, 1) The coveting and desiring of wealth by giving allegiance to ruler and wealth, and this is very dangerous, and as a general rule, it forbids the good in the Hereafter, as well as its' status, benefit and honour. 2) And the second form is coveting position in the Worldly Life by seeking allegiances and positions of power. He becomes successful, but he trusts and puts dependancy on only himself. This first point is altogether played out by the government scholars for tyrant regimes. One thing you will find about the government scholars is that they are always safe from the rulers and the best looking. You usually find them to be extremely wealthy, far from any difficulties, with their fataawa far from the reality of the Ummah. This comes from the willingness of these people to do anything to satisfy the ruler and the attain the wealth that they so incessantly desire. This would even include scraping the Qur'an, as Allah says of the wretched government scholars, those of the people of the Book and now, "Just as We sent down on the people who divide the scripture in parts, (so it has been sent to) those who made the Qur'an into shreds," Surat ulHijr, ayaat 90-91. Progressing from this point, brothers and sisters, it should be understood that the scholars of these regimes want nothing more than to have their leaders supported, who themselves try to act like gods. This is why the government scholars, the magicians of every era, said to their people, "And the chiefs of people from them proclaimed that, 'Go away and stay constant to your gods,' " Surah Saad, ayah Thus these scholars, due to their alignment with the ruler and with the riches of this world that they desire, they could only call others to be constant and rigorous to the ruler, the regime and the naked kufr that it represents. For further information on the topic of the government scholars, please see the upcoming work, Allah's Governance on Earth, coming soon. And the second part of what we are speaking of relates more closely to us. How many times have we sought positions of power through the status that we have attained? How many human beings have fallen into that trap? Countless numbers without doubt. And once they attain their power, what do they do? They immediately attribute their success and their cunning to themselves alone. Not once is Allah in all of His might and greatness given His right! Instead, the person is likely to give such statements as, "I did this myself. I worked hard without any help from anyone to attain this. I don't need anybody, I have made it this far." All of these statements show how easily we can forget the bounty of Allah when we are blessed with even the slightest upward mobility in life. We have already been warned about this type of behaviour, "Truly, man is ungrateful to his Lord. And to that he bears witness to himself," Surat ul`Aadiyaat, ayaat 6-7 "But he who is a greedy miser and thinks himself self-sufficient, and gives the lie the best, we will make the path of misery smooth for him. Nor will his wealth profit him when he falls headlong into the pit," Surat ul-Lail, ayaat 8-11 We should beware of falling into the traps that have been set for us by the Shaitan, and we should be mindful when we are sinking headlong into the Worldly Life. But how will we know this? There are some signs to watch for, 1) Pre-occupation with the Worldly Life, including obsession with how others perceive you. 2) An increase in working for This Life and a subsequent decrease in worship, or ceasing worship altogether. 3) Beginning to feel alone, as if the responsibility of your sustenance depends on you alone, without help from Allah (SWT). 4) A change in behaviour towards people, particularly Muslims, after you have attained your position or wealth. This could include abuse of authority in the way of abusing those subordinate to you. It could also include a contempt for those who are not as fortunate as you. 5) Not wanting to give zakah or sadaqah when you have the means to and seeing it as a burden, rather than as an obligation that has its' right. 6) Loss of motivation to propagate and practice Islam, but energetic motivation for propagating the things of This Life. 7) If the person has a family, a desire to stay away from them, as they are distractions from 'the objective.' This is just a short list of things to be aware of in this life. They could come in all shapes and forms. Some could come in the form of subtle changes, others could be remarkably noticeable. And still others could only be detected by those close to you, perhaps the wife or husband, parent or other loved one. But this does not mean that those who are in This World are doomed. There are remedies to these ailments. Some of these include the following, 1) Looking at the situation that you are seeking to attain. Is it really necessary? Is it something that is needed or is it possible to do without? 2) Always try to do extra worship. This will guide your steps and help you to go to the proper channels. This extra worship will also focus you on your objective and how to attain them through the Divine Channels. 3) Never despair of the help from Allah. If you have been created by Him and He shaped and clothed your bones from nothing, then surely He has provided for your sustenance. 4) When in positions of authority, look towards others who are above you and when you want to be merciful and benevolent, think of those who are below you. It should also be remembered that those who are under your authority are under your responsibility. It is a trust that you have been placed in authority over them. To violate that trust is to meet the Divine Displeasure of Allah. 5) Giving wealth for the sake of Allah should be understood not as a burden, but as a way to 6) Allah has put us on Earth, and we also have to make sustenance to support ourselves, but there are different ways that we can achieve that objective. One way is to go into business as your own boss into a halaal profession. This way, the sustenance could still be provided and Allah could be served properly, without it subtracting from the worship that is due to Him alone. This would also get rid of a lot of the elements that surround the coveting of This Life, i.e. office politics, working in mixed sex environments, having to sneak and pray when no one is looking, hiding Islam by shaving the beard and dressing as a kaafir, etc. 7) There must be some time sat aside for the family, for they as well have their rights. Friday, on Jumu`ah would be the best day to have a 'family day.' This would preserve what you yourself have to fulfil in the way of supporting them and at the same time, they would be able to see you and to enjoy spending time with you. And if this type of avoidance is going on, then some adult in the family should come forward and bring this to the attention of the one who is being anti-social. This should not be done in an argumentative manner, as the person may become more resentful than they already are by this type of reaction. They should be approached in a spirit of advice and reconciliation. It may be that they have become so distracted that they do not realise that they are doing this action. As far as they know, everything is fine, for this life has distracted them. Your approach should be to remind them with verses from the Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Messenger (SAW). In conclusion, the best way to stay away from all of these temptations is to leave the place of temptation, that is Daar ulKufr, and go to the land of Islam, Daar ulIslam. This way, all of the above doesn't even have to be referred to, as the Islamic State regulates these things and the people will be able to live in accordance with Islam with less of the outside interference that exists in the West. Thus the best way to avoid all of the evils of wealth and status that are so strong in the West is to denounce it, leave it and make flight to a land of Islam. And Allah knows best.

THE
TYRANT SERIES TYRANT SERIES; Born: 1342 AH/1923 AD Background: He was born in Riyadh and raised in the Peninsula most of his life. He was the 11th son of `Abdul `Aziz ibn as-Sa`ud (1297-1373 AH/1880-1953 AD), the founder of the Saudi Empire and his favourite wife, Faatima at-Turki, a Turkish woman who was also Jewish. Although he now swims in wealth and basks in money that he stole from the Ummah, however, he was educated at foreign universities and the royal court. After his graduation, he returned to the Peninsula and became the Minister of Education in 1373/1953, then went to the Minister of Interior in 1382/1962. Subsequently, after this, in 1387/1967, he was appointed Second Deputy Prime Minister. In 1394/1974, he organised relations for a steady flow of oil from the Kingdom to the United States. He would later meet Jimmy Carter in 1397/1977, to discuss with him regarding the issues of the Palestinians and the rest of the Middle East. This culminated in the entire Middle East, including Jerusalem, going on sale. When the Gulf War came in 1410/1990, King Fahd was fearing an Iraqi invasion, after a discussion with that cowardly jelly-fish of a despot, the King of Kuwait as-Sabaah, who cried like a woman in the UN when he begged them to liberate Kuwait from the clutches of Saddam Hussain at-Takriti. Upon as-Sabaah's advice, Fahd realised he should act fast. So, his conclusion was to invite the US and foreign troops into the Peninsula. But it would not be that easy. The people would react if they saw kuffar coming into the Peninsula uninvited. He decided to go to his magicians, the Major Scholars of the Peninsula. Shaikh `Abdul `Aziz ibn `Abdullah ibn Baz (1329-1420 AH/1911-1999 AD), the Mufti of the Peninsula, followed the order of Fahd and ordered that the troops must come in, as it is a necessity. So here the Senior Scholars and King Fahd proved to be a match made in hell as both of them conspired against every single authentic hadith and every verse of the Qur'an to let the international gangsters within the borders of the Holy Land and Direction of Prayer for the Muslims. After the war was concluded, and the Allies had pulverised the Iraqi civilisation into powder and made the homes of the common people mass graves, Fahd went directly to the UN and asked for Iraq to pay reparations to Kuwait and the Saudi dynasty for the cost of the war. To this day, he continues this demand, and calls for further sanctions on the country of Iraq. In 1412/1992, amid rumours of corruption and continuous demands by democratic groups for elections, the King set up a general assembly and for the first time, put the Kingdom's constitution to paper, thus finally transforming the Kingdom into a constitutional monarchy. Each Speaker of the House was to receive a tenure of five years and could only serve two terms. The King considered his proclamations so important, he had them mentioned in The Saudi Gazzette, March-May Edition, 1412/1992 to let the whole world know of his naked kufr. It was sent from all of the Saudi Embassy locations to every major Muslim Network in the United States and other places, to show how the Kingdom is becoming 'modern' and is trying to be 'democratic' in its' methods. It was in this same year that he would use his leverage to hit the Muslim groups with propaganda that those who were opposing democracy were criminals, Communists and worst of all were atheists who didn't even believe in Allah. But the scholars would not leave Fahd be, as they could not leave a lying dog (or pig) to lay. Tired of their reprisals and calls for Shari`a, 1,500 scholars and students of knowledge were jailed and sent to the notorious desert prisons, an idea borrowed from his companion in kufr, President Mubaarak of Egypt. But Allah also avenges the believers. So in 1415-1416/1995-1996, Fahd ibn `Abdul `Aziz was sent the captivating company of two severe strokes, which rocked his decadent and robust frame into a bed-ridden submission for 1 year, in which he had to turn over power to his brother, Crown Prince `Abdullah. As if things couldn't get worse for the Saudi man of honour, his kidneys and liver also developed extreme problems as well, to keep the two strokes company. Fahd's other achievements to the West include his induction at a young age into the Shriner Masons, a group based originally in the United States and Britain. However, Fahd found it more expedient to join the Arab masons, whose symbol appears on the back of every Qur'an that is sent out from the Peninsula (the symbol is the two crossed swords with the palm tree in the middle. This is also the symbol of the as-Sa`ud family and the Arab Freemasons, based in Oregon in the United States in the Elk Lodge No. 7). In addition to this, Fahd is officially Sir Fahd ibn `Abdul `Aziz. Many thought his first visit to Britain was three years ago, but this is incorrect. His first visit was actually in 1407/1987, where he was knighted with the sword in the presence of Queen Elizabeth, the Queen Mother, Princess Dianna and other royal dignitaries (For those who would like pictures, they are availible from the writer of this article). But Fahd will best be remembered for the weakness in his regime, the instability that he is facing after two bombings in the Peninsula that took place as a sign of protest of the American troops. His kingdom, with its' dim-witted military and the scholars who are trying to prop it up with their close-cropped beards and lop-sided fataawa, is on the brink of collapse and is already witnessing bone-crushing decline. No one knows how long the 'Arabian Nights' will last, but one thing is for sure, The Nightengale is close to being choked to death.
Qur'an Insulted
In Turkmenistan, the head tyrant has ordered the Qur'ans translated into to Turkmeni language by a certain shaikh to be burned and banned. The government in the former Russian Republic also bull dozed his house, as a punishment. The government said that they found the translations offensive and unacceptable. The translation was done by a 'fundamentalist' Imaam, and in recent years, the 'fundamentalist' (Mujaahid) Muslims have been gaining ground. This also has to do with the fact that the Mujaahidin of Afghanistan have also been providing materials in Turkmeni. In fear of an Islamic uprising, the government has tried to put on an Islamic face, in order to appear as the protector of the people. This has made problems for the government, when the people have asked for the Shari`a to be implemented. The ruler, known by the nickname Turkeman Bashi, did not anticipate having to act like a Muslim in the process of implementing kufr. As the women begin the process of veiling and the men grow their beards and their Islamic awareness, it stands as a challege to the government. What will the government do? How will they continue the farce of looking Islamic while they continue the kufr of socialism? Look very forward and pray that the land of jihaad manifests itself in the form of Turkmenistan. And may Allah bring the Mujaahidin of Turkmenistan to be dominant and the rulers of the country. Amin.

ISLAMIC
BIOGRAPHY
Abu Bakr Ahmad ibn `Ali ibn Thaabit alKhatib alBaghdaadi ash-Shaafi`ii His knowledge: His titles include, al `Allamah, alImaam, alHaafiz, alMuhaddith and ash-Shaikh The great scholar was born in the year 392 AH/1002 AD in the city of Baghdad. At a young age he showed promise and would take knowledge from the great scholar of that time, Abu Tayyib at-Tabari (RH) and from the people of the great scholar, Shaikh Abu Haamid alAsfaraayni and he learned many ahaadith from these great men. He then traveled to Basra, Naisabur (Nishapur), Isfahaan, Hamdaan, Syria, the Hijaaz and he later went to Makkah and studied under alQaadi Abu `Abdullah Muhammad ibn Salaama alQadaa`ii. His knowledge spread far and wide and he was compared to another great Shaaf`ii scholar, al `Allamah alBaihaqi, who was also of the Shaafi`ii madhhab. p> In this time, he recited his memorisation of Sahih alBukhaari to another one of his teachers, Shaikha Karima bint Ahmad (RH), the great female scholar of ages ago. It took him five days to complete the task and he returned to Baghdad, and during this time, there was the great fitnah of the Basaasiri clan in Baghdad. Due to this, he left after five years to Shaam (an area comprising Syria, Jordan, Lebanon and Palestine). He was established in the area of Dimashq (Damascus) and was reciting the may ahaadith that he knew for the people of learning. In this great time period, there was also the fitnah of the Faatimiyyah, a group of radical Shi`a who had taken over North Africa and a great many other Muslim areas. So serious was their innovation that many of their masaajid were faced away from the Qibla and towards Karbala, a city some of them held to be more holy than Makkah. They sought to subject the imaam to their terror, or to atleast have him lean towards their establishments of government scholars. Many of the scholars of the area, although from Ahl us-Sunna, pretended to be in support of the Faatimiyyah, due to fear of death and persecution. They even agreed to fabricate hadith for this regime to keep from seeing the inside of the Shi`a prisons, filled with the Sunni Imaams. But al `Allamah alBaghdaadi would not have this at all. He continued to speak against them and all of their fabricated ahaadith. The Shi`a had even invested in Jews to fabricate ahaadith for them. Imaam alBaghdaadi, never to be outwitted by his adversaries was able to defeat the Jew. It was narrated from a Muslim, who narrated from a Jew that `Ali had narrated from Mu`awiya ibn Abi Sufyaan from Sa`d ibn Mu`aadh that the jizyah had been halted for the Jews by the Prophet (SAW) at Khaibar. Imaam alKhatib alBaghdaadi said, 'This is a lie.' The minister in the Faatimi government said, 'And what is your proof?' Imaam alBaghdaadi replied, 'It is due the fact that it has the witness of Mu`awiya ibn Abi Sufyaan in it, and he had not yet embraced Islam at the time of Khaibar. 'Khaibar was in the year seven of the Hijrah and Mu`awiyah became a Muslim on the day of Victory in Makkah. And in this hadith is the witness of Sa`d ibn Mu`aadh, and he had already died before that in the Battle of the Trench in year five (of the Hijrah). So this is how I answer in regards to this matter.' Thus the intelligence of the imaam in the field of hadith was proven to his challengers that day. It was at this time, that the Ummah was undergoing some of its' biggest tests, and the evil that Muslims were being subjected to was enormous. But the humble imaam continued his work and all throughout his life, he was a dedicated worker to the cause of Allah. His contributions to Islam include his work, Kitaab alFaqih walMutafaqqih, a beginning book of Usul ulFiqh, as well as Sharf ulAshaab ulHadith, Kitaab ulJaami` liAkhlaaq, Adaab us-Saami`and many other magnificent works to his credit. A prolific writer from day one, everything that he put his pen to became a masterpiece for the Muslim world. He also left behind a history set of the happenings in Baghdad, on top of a hadith collection that he had put together. He was well respected among the scholars of hadith and remains so even to this day. The great imaam died on the morning of Monday, Dhul Hijjah 463 AH/1071 AD at the age of 72. He was buried by the great scholar, Shaikh Abu Ishaaq ash-Shiraani who was from his jama`ah. The funeral was a simple affair, just as the imaam had lived his life. But the loss of the great `aalim grieved the heart of many. May Allah reward the imaam for his work and his struggle against falsehood.
IMAN
SERIES; The Way of The Sahaaba
It is the true way of the Sahaaba. People sometimes leave iman and go and earn about fiqh, tajweed, hadith, and many other things. This is the reason you find many Sufi people are very good at the hadith, even better than Albani. Albani himself uses a lot of knowledge like the people who call themselves Omariya. The people of Omari they are very fanatic Sufis in Morroco, and they are very good, when it comes to hadith. The reason being is that a hadith has a number of ways of knowing it, like experience of knowing the names of the sahaaba, so on and so forth. When it comes to their aqeedah or iman, it is really nothing. Even though they are ulama when it comes to fiqh, hadith, the arabic language and when it comes to tafsir. When it comes to iman they fail. Simply because they make up the theoretical part of iman, which is aqeedah, and also, sometimes they do not practice their obligations in iman. They become distorted, like a person who has one shoulder higher than the other, they are not even. The way of the sahaaba, and the way the Qur`an was taught to the sahaaba, was as they used to say, "Rasulullah (SAW) taught us iman before he taught us about Islam." So the sahaaba learned iman. Iman is the language of the heart. Iman is the language of the nature. Iman is the language of the mind. Iman is compatible with the body. Iman is how to grade and ascend your soul. Learning iman will make your body a temple for Islamic knowledge. Your body is at first hollow, full of nothing. Once you fill it with the right iman, you will shine to yourself as a person, to your family as a guide, and to your community as a beneficial person. You will not be full of cancer yourself, having other ideas other than those of Islam. Ideas which you neither know whether they are right or wrong. Which would effect your knowledge in turn effecting your desire. If your knowledge is wrong, your desire will be wrong, and if your desire is wrong, and you are able, then your actions will be wrong. Your actions will be wrong as a person, a man incharge of a household, as a soldier of Allah. If you are a leader, your actions will reflect in everybody you are controlling, and you will pull them away from the straight path of Allah (SWT). Iman is the language of the Qur`an, the motive of the action, the strength on the path. We have to learn iman. Allah (SWT) has made iman as the way he will reward or punish. Allah (SWT) did not make aqeedah as the basis of punishment or reward. Allah (SWT) made iman as the basis of punishment and reward. The reason for this is because iman encompasses everything, as will be shown in it's definition insha'llah that iman is something to do with the heart, something to do with the tongue, and something to do with the action. It encompasses everthing. This is why the sahaaba were taught iman first. The sequence of success in this life and in the Hereafter is knowledge, starting with iman, then the Qur`an. After you have iman, and the strength to read the Qur`an, and the motive to do the actions which Allah has commanded you to do. The when you read the Qur`an, you will understand the Qur`an. You will believe the stories in the Qur`an and you will comply with the orders in the Qur`an. You will fear the news of what is to come, the unseen, from what the Qur`an narrates to you. If you do not have iman, to you they will be no more than sentences. You will follow what is in your mind and the Shaytan will play with your mind like as though it was a football. The Shaytan will offer you false promises if you do not have iman. If you have no knowledge of Allah, about yourself, nor your surroundings, then the Shaytan will play with your mind. When you read the Qur`an, everytime you read about Jannah, the Shaytan will say, "It's yours, who deserves Jannah more than you?" You are reading the Qur`an in the middle of the night, you're crying, Shaytan says: "Who deserves Jannah more than you? Look at the people who do not even believe in the Qur`an, and those who believe in the Qur`an, do not read it, and those who read it do not obey it's dictates. But you are reading the Qur`an, so Jannah is for you. Do not worry about anything else. You are a good holy man." Then when you read about the fire he says, "Fire, of course, this is for the kuffar, the mushriks, this for the people who do not believe in Allah, this will never be for you." Then when you read about the hard actions like Jihad, enjoining the good, forbidding the evil, or spending in the cause of Allah, or fighting, killing, or getting killed in the cause of Allah. Then he will tell you, "Surely now is not the time for this, this was for the sahaaba." So the Jannah is for you, the fire for the kuffar and the big actions for the sahaaba. There is no greater game from the Shaytan against you than this. If you have iman, when you read the Qur`an, Shaytan cannot play with your mind. If you know the language of iman, when you read about Jannah you will say, "I hope to go to Jannah." He will not tell you, "Jannah!" You will be crying, because you can visualise Jannah as though it were behind a net curtain. As though you could see it, just a matter of you going into it, you see shadows, you cannot quite see exactly what is in Jannah. But you desire it, and you are certain it exists, you cannot see faces, nor is the image clear, but you are certain of its existance. The promise is true, because your iman is correct. You will not be guaranteed Jannah by the Shaytan, in fact you will hope for Jannah, you will cry, you want to go to Jannah. You will desire to carry the responsibilities and orders of Allah (SWT) in order to enter Jannah, "I wanna go, give me some responsibilities, I wanna go!" So when the responsibilities are dictated to you, "Do this and do not do that." You are prepared to do that, you are willing, and whatever comes from Allah (SWT), even getting killed in the cause of Allah, becomes simple, easy, and affordable. According to what you see from your heart, that Jannah is certain, as certain as next door, as though you can see it. This is the way the Shaytan will not play with the mind of a person who is a good believer and knows about iman. This person knows Jannah is true and solid, therefore, he has to purchase it with something true and solid. When Allah (SWT) promises Jannah, then you know Jannah is very precious and comes with a very big price tag. It means that all that is your link to Islam is not going to be just attending one circle a week, just paying three pounds a week, or standing by a daw`ah table. Nor are you going to consider going forty days, or forty five days, or sixty days, or one year, and then you come back to normal, which is abnormal according to Islam as sufficient. Jannah is given without account. That means that for the religion of Allah, you also give to it without account. This is why Allah (SWT) treats the shaheed differently. Those who die shaheed they give to Allah without account and therefore the reward is also without account. Those who account, their prayers, their charity, they will get paid by account because they are accounting for Allah, therefore Allah accounts for them. Those who give to Allah without account. They do not mind what to lose in the cause of Allah. They are not after any gains except Jannah and the blessings of Allah. These are the people who will be paid without account. Your reward is according to your action. If you give to Allah with reservation, you will be given more than you gave, but with account, that is with scales and weighing. If you give to Allah without a scale, anything is for Allah, money, life, body, wife, community. If you percieved that anything for the pleasure of Allah was very cheap, then you expect that Allah is more generous than you, and that you will be paid without account. This is the language of belief. When the Fire appears in the Qur`an you will find yourself terrified even though you know you are doing very good deeds, but you are unsure. As you do a good deed the Shaytan whispers the thought into your mind, "You are not doing any good, you're just doing this deed to show off. You are not really a good person." When the Fire appears in the Qur`an, you will fear how much of your actions are accepted, you will always be worried, therefore the Shaytan will be away from you. You hope to go to Jannah but you are not certain and you fear to go to the Fire, but you are hopeful. You also know to avoid the Fire and enter Jannah, you need heavy obligations, so when they are scaled, they are not easily counteracted. Obligations like shahadah in the cause of Allah, da`wah, saying the truth, paying charity, upsetting the kuffar, blessing and helping the Muslims. Big actions which cannot be counterparted from the otherside of the scale. The last thing on your mind being what the people think or percieve you to be. This is the reason why iman is the direction, the guard, the goal keeper, for the verses' of Allah (SWT). Iman makes sure the verses go into the right direction of the mind, resulting in our actions being according to that understanding, that belief, that love for Allah (SWT). Question: What is the difference between iman and Islam? There is some difference between iman and Islam if the words are seperate. According to the definition of iman, according to the good Holy people, they define iman as, "A saying by the tongue, and a belief by the heart, and an action by the body, which increases by action and decreases by not doing the action. Increases by obedience and decreases by disobedience." This is iman as Ibn ulQayyim (rh) defined it. Other people defined iman as, "Whatever is established by your heart backed by your action." Your action being either a saying or work by the body. In a hadith Rasulullah (SAW) said, "Iman is about seventy and more branches. The peak of which is saying La ilaha ilallah, and the lowest of Iman is to remove dirt or harmful things from the paths of the people. Being humble and shy is a branch from the branches of iman." From the hadith iman is a saying by the tongue, but not only a saying by the tongue. The Hanifi say, "Iman is only a saying by the tongue." Iman is not only a saying, according to this hadith. The lowest of iman as said by Rasulullah (SAW),"...is to remove harmful things from the way. Removing harmful things, is that a saying or an action? It is an action. So if somebody says to you, "Iman is only a say." You tell him, "No the hadith says it is a say and an action." Also say,"...it is a feeling because being shy is a feeling." It is not only action or a say but also a feeling. So iman has something to do with the heart, the action the body, and the tongue. As we analyse this and what the other hadith are saying. If iman as Rasulullah (SAW) said, "The peak of which is saying, 'La ilaha ilallah', by the tongue." The tongue has nothing else to do but to say, therefore the action by the tongue is to say. The tongue has only two works with regard to iman, one of the works is to mention Allah and announce the shahaada. The first of the works is to enter Islam, the second is to make sure you are still in the boundary of Islam by avoiding announcing kufr and always saying Islamic things to please Allah (SWT). Whether it is dhikr of Allah, reading the Qur`an, enjoining the good, forbidding the bad, and inviting people in the cause of Allah. Therefore, when the people say it is a say by the tongue, they mean it is an action by the tongue. Those who say it is a belief by the heart. The work of the heart is to (1) believe the news which is coming to you, (2) to make intention all the time. You take the news as it comes to you from Allah (SWT), analysize it in your mind, then establish it in your heart as, "This is the correct news." Then you make the intention to enter into Islam, everytime intention to do salah, intention to do the prayer, intention to do the hajj, intention to do Jihad, intention to fast, intention to this and that. Therefore, the action of the heart is intention. Those who are saying iman is a belief by the heart, mean action by the heart. The short of the word belief by the heart being, "Whatever is established by the heart and backed by the action." Therefore, "Whatever is established by the heart", is taking the news from the Qur`an, as the correct news. The action of the heart being the renewing of your niyyah (inention). It is also said, iman is action by the body. Praying, raising your hands, performing ruku and sujud, throwing a stone at the Shaytan, another stone you kiss (black stone). The things you are to do may be different, and you are to deal with them differently, even though they have the same nature inherent. Some of the Ulama have said, "In short iman means action." Action by the tongue, saying and ordering zikr. Action by the heart, believing the news, taking the news as it comes to you from Allah, and making niyyah. Action by the body, performing jihad, hajj, earning and working in the cause of Allah. In short you can say IMAN IS ACTION. Therefore there is no surprise when you read in the Qur`an, as Allah (SWT) has said in Suratul Anaam, "They will have Darul Salam, the place of paradise, a place of peace, in the Hereafter, insha'llah, and He is their ally, their supporter, their strength, in whatever they used to do." Allah (SWT) did not say,"...with whatever they used to believe." Allah (SWT) said,"...and He is their ally, their supporter, because of what they used to do." Here Allah (SWT) is promising the people to enter paradise and become His ally according to their actions. Someone may say, "The kuffar are doing good actions, yet they disbelieve and will not enter paradise, why is this?" This is because action here means, action by the heart, belief and intention. Action by the tongue, saying the shahadah and saying zikr. Action by the body, fighting the kuffar and helping the Muslims, performing the prayer etc. A group of people have been promised paradise only because of their actions. This therefore, means that iman, in short, is the action. The word means working with the entire body and soul in the cause of Allah (SWT). Other people have been promised hellfire because of their actions, regardless of their belief. Allah (SWT) said in Surat Sadjdah, "We have forgotten you as you have forgotten us. Taste the suffering, the punishment, the torment of the Fire Hell, and remain in the hellfire forever, because of what you have done." There is another kind of people who have been promised torment and painful punishment because of what they did, regardless of what they believed. We also know that some people from the Ummah of Rasulullah (SAW), although they have the right tawheed, they will taste the torment of the hellfire. In short iman means action. If the word 'action', work, is mentioned alone. It means action by the heart, tongue and body. This is an important feature to understand some of the definitions of Iman. There are many definitions concerning iman in Sahih Muslim and Sahih Bukhari. Sometimes Rasulullah (SAW) says, "Do you know what iman is? They say, "What is iman?" He says, "Iman is to pay one fifth of your ghanima...and to say La ilaha ilallah...and tawheed...etc" and in another hadith he (SAW) says another thing. This shows that iman has many branches and he was introducing iman to people as basically tawheed, sayings, and also action. If we were trying to define iman according to the Qur`an and the Sunnah it would be endless. What ahs been stated here are just short, crisp, definitions of iman. Islam has been defined by Rasulullah (SAW) in many hadith as, "To say the Shahadah, La ilaha ilallah Muhammadur Rasulullah, and perform the prayer, and the payment of the zakat, fast Ramadan, and perform pilgrimage to Makkah at least once in a life time for whoever has the ability to do so. In another hadith Islam has not only been divided into five portions, but has also been divided into eight portions. Rasulullah (SAW) said, "Islam is eight portions, tawheed is one portion, and praying is another portion, and paying (charity) is one portion, and fasting is another portion, and pilgrimage is one portion, and enjoining (ordering) the good is one portion, and forbidding the evil (stopping the eniquity) is a portion, and Jihad in the cause of Allah is a portion. Indeed he has been lost (unsuccessful) the one who has no portion." So Islam, as we know now, can be divided into five, and can be divided into ten. If it were able to be divided, it would be divided into infinity. This is why, if you divide Islam to infinity, you will find that great ayah, "If you divided Islam by infinity, it will become very small portions." One of the tafsirs of the ayah is, "So whosoever does good equal to the weight of an atom (or a small ant) shall see it." "And whosoever does evil equal to the weight of an atom (or a small ant) shall see it." Surah 99. Az-Zalzalah ayahs 7 & 8 If Islam and iman are mentioned in the same ayah, it means Islam is talking about the apparent action, and iman is talking about the heart action. If the word is mentioned in an ayah alone it means iman and Islam and ihsan together. If the word Islam is mentioned in one ayah alone, it means iman and Islam together. If the word Islam is mentioned in one ayah, or one hadith, it means iman and Islam together, it has the same meaning. It has the meaning of the apparent action which can be seen by everybody like fasting, praying, doing pilgrimage, announcing the shahadah. As well as the meaning of the inside belief like believing in Allah and His Angels etc. If the word Islam is mentioned alone in an ayah or hadith, it means all of them together, the apparent action and also the hidden action in the heart or mind which nobody can see. It means also to believe in Allah and His Angels and His books and His Divine Destiny and the rest of the six pillars if iman. If the word iman is mentioned in the Qur`an or the Sunnah alone, it also has the same thing. It gives the impression and it has the consequences of whatever the apparent action, as Islam, and also the hidden action as iman. The reason for this is because this is the language of the Qur`an as well as the Sunnah. If the two words iman and Islam are mentioned in the same ayah, or the same hadith, then each one of them will be taking care of it's attributes. The word Islam will be talking about the apparent actions, and the word iman will be talking about the actions by the heart, the belief by the heart, the hidden action. We have seen this in the hadith of Jibril narrated by Umar ibn Al-Khattab, when Jibril came to the Sahaaba to teach them about their religion. The hadith is in Sahih Muslim. "There came a man whose clothes were so white and his hair is so black. Nobody knew him nor did he look like he had been travelling. He sat close to Rasulullah (SAW) and asked him about iman, Islam, and Ihsan..." So iman, Islam, and ihsan have been mentioned in the same hadith, as we shall see later insha Allah. The word iman means whatever is the inside belief, ihsan meaning the higher grade of iman, and the word Islam meaning the apparent action, which is praying the salah, announcing the shahadah, and doing the pilgrimage. "The Bedouins say: "We believe." Say: "You believe not but you only say, 'We have surrender (in Islam),'for Faith has not yet entered your hearts. But if you obey Allah and His Messenger (SAW), He will not decrease anything in reward for your deeds. Verily, Allah is Oft-Forgiving, Most Merciful." "Only those are the believers who have believed in Allah and His Messenger, and afterward doubt not but strive with their wealth and their lives for the Cause of Allah. Those! They are the truthful." Another evidence from the Qur`an is the pair of ayahs number fourteen and fifteen of Surah 49. Al-Hujurat (Chapter of the rooms/chambers). Allah (SWT) revealed two ayahs denouncing a claim by the Bedoiunes. They said, "Alhamdulillah we have belief." But Allah (SWT) said, "No, say to them: 'You did not believe'", why? He (SWT) said, "But say: 'You only accepted Islam.'" That the apparent Islam, like annoucing the shahaadah, praying infront of the people, not minding to go to Makkah, and fasting. They are doing the apparent work of Islam, but they cannot say they are believers. "And the belief did not enter your heart really. And if you obey Allah and His Messenger you will not be deprived of any of your action. Allah is indeed Merciful and Forgiving." Then Allah (SWT) gave them the right definition about the believers in this case. They claimed they believed. Allah said, "No, you only accepted Islam." Then they are going to be puzzled, and then Allah will give them and He will give us the a definition. Then Allah (SWT) says, "Believers are the only people who believe in Allah and His Messenger..." Everybody will say, "So what is there to it? We believe in Allah and His Messenger!" Then Allah (SWT) says, "...and they did not have any doubts,..." They are certain, they believe in Allah and His Messenger with certainty, with no doubts. Everybody will say, "So we have no doubts, we are very certain." Then Allah (SWT) give them the final description which will break the back of any munafiq, "...and they perform jihad, with their money and with their souls and selves in the Cause of Allah. Those are the truthful." As a result of the things inside the heart, everybody claims they are the beloved one of Allah, and that he loves Allah more than even Muhammad (SAW). When it comes to action, they will be the first to run, and the first to hide, and there is no way. This is the reason why, similar to that, this is an evidence for those who claim Tabiya and Tasfayah are better than Jihad, in fact Allah is taking the mockery out of the munafiqeen all over the Qur`an. He (SWT) is taking the joke out on them, because they are humiliating themselves by leaving the main work, and fighting with the wooden swords. This is why Allah (SWT) when people claim, "O Allah, we love you very much, we gonna cry, we are going to kill ourselves loving you." Them Allah (SWT) revealed another ayah to expose them. This is what He (SWT) says, "Say Muhammad (SAW), "If you love Allah, follow me. Allah will love you." Then people say, "We follow Rasulullah (SAW)." But Rasulullah (SAW) was fighting, and they are not fighting. They are not truly following Rasulullah. Then Allah (SWT) said in another ayah to answer the people who were saying, "We love You Allah, we love You." Another group of people were saying, "No, no, we love Allah more than you (the previous group) do. Obviously Allah loves us more than you, because we love Him more than you do." Then the first group says, "No, no, no, we love Him more than you do." Everybody is claiming love. Then Allah (SWT) settled the matter with a test, "Allah (SWT) loves most those who are fighting in His Cause in rows as if they are a solid, neat, structure." Allah (SWT) gave five descriptions concerning those who He (SWT) loves. Then everybody starts crying, mummy, tabayer, tasfayah, da`wah, Islam etc. Then everybody forgets about the ayah, about the obligation. They even felt sorry that they announced their love for Allah (SWT). It will take them years and years to forget. When they read this ayah inside the Qur`an, they feel uneasy, that there is something wrong with them, and they want to read it quickly. Subhan Allah. We have to listen to this ayah when we are praying tarawih behind the people who are attacking the mujaahidin. We have to listen to them when they read the ayahs of jihad even though they do not even know the difference between a kalashnikof and a broom. They do not know the difference between a potatoe and a hand grenade. Unfortunately one of them would faint if he watched his son being circumcised. Subhana'llah. When Allah (SWT), in an ayah of the Qur`an, talks about iman OR Islam. It means Iman and Islam. They carry the meaning of the apparent and the inside quality of Islam. For example, if Islam appears alone, the ayah is talking about iman and Islam at the same time. If they are present in one ayah together, this means that iman is talking about the hidden belief, which is something nobody has access to, and Islam is talking about the apparent belief, examples being like the zakat, salah, saum and everything else. In short the Ulama say, "If they are together they become seperate, they give the seperate meaning, and if seperate they give the overall meaning." If they are together they give a seperate meaning, if each one of the two is alone in an ayah or hadith, they mean both their meanings. This is the summary of the rule, together means seperate and singles means both.
THE
ONLY WAY TO KHILAAFA The Sahaaba (RAA) never use to say, "Oh masha' Allah, he has a lot of knowledge and..." No, "He attended Badr, he attended the battle of Uhud, he attended the battle of Hudaiybia, he attended the battle of Ahzaab (tribes) so leave him alone." Someone would not be left alone merely because he attended one or two battles. No, the more you attend, the more you are elevated by Allah (SWT) and the believers. When Uthmaan was killed (RAA), then the new comers to Islam went to `Ali (RAA) and they said, "We want to select you to be the Khalifa." He said, "There is nothing to do with you, this is something to do with the people who attend Badr." Those are the people who are to be entrusted with Islam. And I'll give you an example for the Khilaafa. Even a long period of the Uthmaaniyyah Khilaafa, it became useless, very lousy, out of use and out of hand. Even during that time, however, no kaafir could announce call for the dissolving of the Khilaafa or even denounce the Khilaafa. They had to put somebody in power, a traitor, and they had to make him look respectable. This man was Kamul Ataturk, may the curse of Allah be upon him. This man was elevated by the West to become modernised, and because he was ruling the capital of the Khilaafa system at the time, they had to give him some assets, some credit for he can dissolve the Khilaafa. So what took place? The Allied Forces who defeated the Russians, who defeated Hitler, emerged victorious but came to later be defeated by Kamal Ataturk. Ask the soldiers here who attended the wars against Aturturk, or what they heard about the wars against Aturturk. There were conflicting orders given at that time, not to mention deliberate killing of them on the battlefield. Why? This was done to clear the way for Ataturk. Why? So he can dissolve the Khilaafa with everybody cheering him on.He was made a national hero, an Islamic hero, the one who defeated the Allies. Then naturally, he became the one who had the right to control his country. He then demonstrated that he did not want anything to do with the Khilaafa, thus he did away with the Khilaafa. Many people thought that this was right, because he was the ruler, therefore he had the right to abolish the Khilaafa. Nobody thinks about the right of Allah and the right of the believers. Now the kuffar are travelling everywhere without a single stamp in their passport, and if you as a Muslim go to Egypt or Algeria, you can't move from one street or another unless you have a couple of stamps, not only on your passport, also on your head. It takes a traitor to hit you and stab you in the back. So it's important, my dear brothers, to learn the methodology to select your leaders, and those who are always fighting, they deserve to be leaders. Choose them amongst you, you group yourselves, and send people for training, send people for the battlefield. If they are killed, masha' Allah, then you have shared in that also. If they come back, they deserve to be leaders from your Shuraa (Islamic counseling body), because they are doing what is missing in the Ummah. And I don't want to take too long on that, but I will advise you. Not everyone you who thinks he is right and has love in your heart is correct. You have to apply people and also ideologies to the Qur'an and the Sunna. This is due to the fact that Allah (SWT) has said about people who think they are right, and they work hard, are in failure. Allah (SWT) said people will be hard working but they end up in the very blazing Fire. Allah (SWT) said in Surat ulKahf, "Shall we tell you about the greatest losers of all those who have been misguided on earth and they thinking they are doing good and the best." Allah (SWT) also said in Surat ulA'araaf, "A group He guided and a group they deserved to be misguided. They have taken devils as helpers and they think they are guided." So my dear brothers. It is not what I think and what you think, it is what Allah (SWT) put as a guideline for you and I that controls you and I. Listen to the audio The Only Way To Get Khilaafa ..
