Dear Muslims:

In this issue we must focus our attention on what is happening to us and all around us. There is attacks on our leaders from every corner. And it the Muslim laymen who suffer, as well as their families. We are living in Darl-harb, and in times of slight ignorance. All this has not doubt come as a sign for us that we are not following Islam all around the world.

This has always been the sunnah of Allah to wake up the Muslim ummah. A blessed ummah which the reward of any civilization will be the highest among those who follow Allah's commands and the ways of the Rasoolullah (SAW). We are blessed because Allah has chosen and has completed his highest favor upon this group of mankind.

In America, we see that the government has actually become affected by the greatest sickness of human disease. This disease is a sickness which has its roots in the time of the great Prophets such as Musa (AS) and Isa (AS). This disease is hypocrisy of those who say we believe, yet in their hearts they believe not. And Allah spoke of this disease and its carrier in many verses when speaking about the Jews.

We find that again, the Jews have landed to spread corruption. When they come into a land, you will find that corruption at first begins slowly, then escalates until they are handed over power with others out in front. This is the ways of the Jews, and it has not changed since Rome at the time of their plot kill Isa (AS).

The Jews have always killed Prophets, and religious teachers and leaders. They have always been the puppeteers of governments, as most of us are all too familiar with the story of how they went to the ruler of Rome to demand the execution of Isa (AS). And now, with their successful plot to silence another religious leader, Sheikh Omar Abdur-Rahman, they have embarked on a campaign to silence one of America's biggest threats in the communities they have made their home. This threat is not actually a person, but a way of life which was taught to us by the greatest Prophet of all time, Muhammad Ibn Abdullah (SAW). The threat is Al-Islam, and the person who is capable of waking and uniting the people in America who the Jews fear the most, is Imam Jamil Al-Amin.

Imam Jamil Al-Amin is a grassroots person who has all the qualities the Jews are most vehement in destroying. So as Bill Clinton, America's president plays into Israeli's hands and is forced to bow to the Jewish demands, the head of the FBI, a Jew and the Secretary of State, another Jew, have aided in the attempted conspiracy of Imam Jamil Al-Amin. This is indeed a sad moment for those who are coming out of ignorance.

In the Name of ALLAH, Most-Merciful, Oft-Forgiving. All Praises are due to ALLAH Alone, He has no partners, He is whom all need and none is like Him.

Many have been asking why doesn't jihad take place in America. I have been asking myself that question ever since I watched the bombing of Iraq, then Sudan and Afghanistan, and more recently Kosovo. I asked that same question recently, when I was in the US and listened to the reports of Muslims being rounded up like sheep after a bomb exploded in Atlanta. No apology was given, after they had found that it had been a man representing a Christian fundamentalist group.

I was born and raised in America, a product of the civil rights movement. The civil rights struggle was a time in which black Americans, like so many other people all over the world, were tortured, beaten with sticks, shot down in cold blood, attacked by police dogs, and imprisoned for many crimes they never committed. Today, some of those convicted are just now being released after winning their appeal and spending over 40 years in prison for false charges.

"Violence is as American as Cherry Pie"
Imam Jamil Al-Amin

Imam Jamil Al-Amin, formerly H. Rap Brown, was one of those who fought back and organized others to defend themselves, their families, and their properties. He was subsequently imprisoned, shortly after being labeled public enemy number one. His official title was Minister of Justice for the Black Panthers, an organization that fought with the FBI, the local and national police and government to establish freedom and justice. His group became very effective in their campaign to win equality by force and their organization spread rapidly among communities throughout the Unites States because of their bravery.

The Black Panthers promoted self-defense, martial arts, free food and medical assistance for the poor and legal aid. They set up their own schools to teach their children, independent of their oppressors, and they promoted economic independence and self-help. I was one of those who benefited from this era.

Our community, which was once a war zone where black Americans were always running from the police, had its own businesses, clinics and schools. In addition, black Americans stopped running, and I actually saw where the police were the ones who ran. Imam Jamil Al-Amin and many others took their communities by force, seized all of the property and claimed ownership. It became a time of peace in our community for the first time in more than 200 years.

Then one day, the FBI started secretly raiding buildings and once again, the Black Panthers took up arms. There was a civil war in the United States during the 1970's and it received very little media. For years America plotted and planned on how they would deal with a group of what they termed "crazy and violent nig'ruhz" in America. The kind that don't fear death and will shoot back. Their plan was simple; make false promises, bribe community leaders, plant spies, use the media, and force a settlement deal.

"Surrender and we will give you jobs, food, medicine, and schools," was the offer made by the ultimate enemies of peace. When this deal was agreed to, it marked the end of independence, peace and freedom, to begin a war campaign unimaginable by those who accepted the offer. This war would prove to be a final blow to a people whose ancestors were Muslims and brainwashed into believing in a false religion. This war now has more than 50% of all black American children on death row, incarcerated, involved in drugs or in poverty.

Imam Jamil Al-Amin was one of those who did not surrender or compromise. As a result, he was framed and sent to prison. Imam Jamil Al-Amin, discovered Islam and vowed to continue the struggle. But this time, his struggle was not limited to the United States or to one particular race of people. Instead, he would reach out to all believers in Allah; sincere Muslims.

Upon his release from prison, the FBI would follow his every move. They continued to stalk and even tried to involve the local police in cities where he visited. Their aim was to instigate and provoke a confrontation. These tactics were nothing new to the former Black Panther. Imam Jamil Al-Amin once said, "Violence is as American as cherry pie." Although, he told his followers to have patience and to organize themselves.

The Imam was very reserved, outwardly pious; a humble man of few, but strong words. He maintained a remarkable impact on every Muslim he ever met, especially the young. His experience in organizational combat, guerilla warfare, grassroots mobilization, and his relentless struggle against tyranny with no compromise earned him the title of public enemy number one from the FBI.

The black Americans fought for equality and it lasted for only a short while, because a few thought they could win peace through compromise. Allah has said the disbelievers will never have a truce with those who want peace through Islam. And if the black Americans ever discovered Islam, their history, then there would be absolutely no peace or compromise.

Some have called for the surrender of Imam Jamil Al-Amin, while Supporters of Shariah, Al-Qittaal and all sincere Muslims have called for his support. Nothing we do will stop Allah's plan to have His religion supreme on earth, and Imam Jamil Al-Amin has always known this. Now a group of his followers have begun to engage in a jihad against the evil empire; the modern day Rome. The battle will not be easy and I will probably never see some of those Mujaahidin that I grew up with, except possibly in Paradise.

Imam Jamil Al-Amin was arrested, along with a group of his followers, as I am preparing to complete the publishing of al-Jihaad. The brothers in the US are dedicated to the jihad on the government of America and are encouraged to elect a new Amir and "never, never surrender" or cease fighting "until all religion is for Allah" or everyone of them is a shahid (martyr). They are encouraged to accept no compromises, but unite only with each other. And it is the supreme duty of every other Muslim to fight with them. Any Muslim who says something different is at best weak, and will be judged by Allah, and even, possibly by the Mujaahidin.

Let us use this whole experience as a lesson, as the followers of Imam Jamil Al-Amin had urged for his approval for defending themselves. While in two different cities the killing of innocent Muslims by police officers attracted very little attention. One Muslim was gunned down by a flurry of bullets coming from as many as fifteen officers. As he pulled his keys out of his pocket to unlock the front door to his home, he was cut down to lay in a pool of blood. The Muslims have been seeking a fatwa to fight back, and instead were encouraged to be patient and do da`wah. This incident now marks a turning point in American history. Brothers from the US have reported that they are now prepared to fight back and are seeking various assistance from the outside.

JIHAD IN CHECHYNA
The Struggle for Complete Shariah

The Russians have since entered with their entire army into Chechyna and have brought a rain of terror to the cities of Kumsumulinski and Kityaama. Some of their barbarous acts include wholesale destruction of livestock and indiscriminate rape of females of all ages. They continue on their attack by stealing houses, confiscating the belongings inside and confiscating the property. This has also occurred in other lands near Chechyna, where Chechens who are not fighting have sought refuge, particularly the old.

In places like Ingetsushia, there has been some acts of liquidation and ethnic cleansing. The federal Russian armies have continued the advance on the mountains of the south of Chechyna. But the noble Mujaahidin have been brave. Numbers of them have been martyred and may Allah accept them as Shuhada'a (martyrs). The Mujaahidin have also conflicted casualties on the Russian military, killing 13 soldiers and giving them the good news of the hellfire. It must be mentioned that the Russian military has concentrated most of its attack on the urban cities, killing the weak, young and innocent rather than targeting Mujaahidin. We ask that Allah make the feet of our Mujaahidin firm and that he give patience to those who are suffering.

We are urging the brothers to continue to make du`aa for the Mujaahidin, and for those able to join them make preparations or send contributions.

A Book Review

Is It Major or Minor Kufr: Explaining the Words of Ibn Abbas's Kufr Duna Kufr;

"On the contrary, We throw truth against falsehood and it (truth) destroys it (falsehood). And likewise, woe be to you for what you ascribe (unto Allah as partners)" Surat ul-Anbiyaa Ayah 18.

RULING BY MAN-MADE LAW (English) by Imam Abu Hamza Al-Misri and edited by Ibn Umar, begins with the preceding reminder. It is a total of 50 pages, however, filled with evidences on top of evidence regarding the confusion of Ibn Abbas's words: "Kufr Duna Kufr."

"In light of the recent struggles in the Muslim world and the continuing struggle to enjoin the good and to forbid the evil, confusion has resulted among Muslims as to the permissibility of doing this great pillar of Islam," the Editor alerts us with sincerity and conviction.

He continues on, "In recent years, Muslims have been told to remain silent in regards to enjoining the right and forbidding the evil, because they could cause more evil than good. Muslims have been told that those who do attempt to enjoin the right and forbid the wrong, and question the ruler--are Khawaarij."

In this book, you will find the evidences, as well as statements made by great scholars of the past and present regarding the one who is Khawaarij and the one who promotes fabricated da'wah in aims of preventing truth and Shari`ah.

There is also advice from the Author that is even more compelling. Imam Abu Hamza Al-Misri, whose followers are well known both nationally and internationally, has one son currently in a Yemen prison falsely accused of crimes against the government.

Imam Abu Hamza is no stranger to the battlefield. He has had his home raided over a dozen times for speaking out against injustice and calling for Muslims to fight against tyranny in all lands. He has been outspoken against the West for imposing their culture by force on Muslims and the evil scholars for protecting leaders who rule without Shari`ah.

Ruling By Man-Made Law provides further light on the history and background of the "Literal Meaning of the Words of Ibn Abbas and When It Was Said." In addition, this book does an excellent job of covering "The Difference Between Hukm Shar'ii, Fatwa and Judgment," "The Kaafir, Zaalim or Faasiq Judge," and making very clear "When can A Believer disobey the Khalifah."

I came away from reading this humble, small work, very much informed and understanding more about the background of one of the most controversial figures of our times, Ibn Abbas.

"This booklet has been designed for the benefit of brothers and sisters who love the Shari'ah and the struggle for it. However it is not a research about Haakimiyyah. But it is an explanation of a statement with a great deal of controversy surrounding it. That statement is the statement of Ibn Abbas's "Kufr Duna Kufr."

As you can tell from the above closing statements from the book, it is a piece of work that every Muslim must read.

MARCH ON SAUDI EMBASSY
No Peace With Apostate Governments

On the afternoon of `Eid Jum`ah

The march on the Saudi Embassy to demand the Saudi government return Muslim land back to Shari`ah and to its original name "Arabian Peninsula," turned out a crowd of many sincere Muslims. The demonstration was a result of frustration with the continued abuse of Makkah and Madinah (Muslim land) for personal and political gains by what many believers now consider to be Jews ruling over the land.

The demonstration organizer, Imam Abu Hamza met with Islamic Leaders to discuss ongoing campaigns to force the Saudi family from their un-Islamic and tyrannical rule. The Saudi family have been accused of numerous illegitimate arrests and deportations of humble Muslims, abuse of power, ruling without Shari`ah, humiliating sincere Muslims, enslaving others with their innovation law called "sponsoring" and not allowing the Muslims to have a say in the affairs taking place in Makkah and Madinah.

A staff member accepted a letter handed by Imam Abu Hamza listing the demands of Muslims all over the world. "This is just the beginning of an ongoing campaign against the regime," said Shaikh Abu Hamza.

Name: Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn `Abdul Qaadir ibn Abii `Ulyaa’ a.k.a.: Shaikh ulIslam, al Imaam, al `Allamah, alMufassir, alQaadi, alFaqih Ahmad Shaakir

Background: Few words can truly some up the type of man that Ahmad Shaakir was while he was on earth. In the year 1309 AH, on 29th of Jumada alAakhirah (January 29, 1892 AD), a great thing happened with the birth of the shaikh. This man, unknown to many, was the direct descendant of the Prophet (SAW) through `Ali, through Hussain, the son of Fatimah, the daughter of the Messenger of Allah (SAW). Brother Ahmad was to inherit the tradition of scholarship from his father al `Allamah Muhammad Shaakir, who was the head Qaadi of the Shari`a courts in Sudaan. We should also make mention of the fact that his father was the head trustee of al Azhar university, which is evidence enough to show the level of scholarship that he had. In addition to this, he was in close contact with the then Mufti of Egypt, al`Allamah Shaikh al`Abbasi alMahdi.

His works: Among his magnificent achievements is the work Hukm ulJahiliyyah, As-Samaa` wat-Taa`a, alKitaab was-Sunnah, Sharh Musnad Ahmad, `Umdat ut-Tafsir, which he did not finish, Kalimat ulHaqq, Mukhtasir Tafsir at-Tabari with his brother Mahmud Muhammad Shaakir, Sharh Sunan Abi Dawud, Sharh al Muhalla of Ibn Hazm, Sharh Sunan Tirmidhi, which he did not finish and Sharh Sahih alBukhaari.

QUESTIONS & ANSWERS
Fiqh, Aqeedah, Tafsir, Fatwa, Jihaad, Minhaj…

Question:Is it permissible to vote?

Answer:It is not permissible to vote in any shape or fashion. Allah has said to us:

"And those who do not bear witness to falsehood, and if they pass by some vain talk or play, they pass it by in a dignified manner."

In explanation of this ayah, Shaikh Muhammad alAmin ash-Shanqiti (RH) had this to say, "The ayah is in reference to, when the people pass by the people of falsehood and those working with it, they pass them by and they flee from them (the people of falsehood) with a dignified manner to preserve the honour of themselves from the sinful behaviour that is with them in their falsehood." Adwaa ulBayaan, V. 6, page 239-240

Question:Is Saudi Arabia an Islamic state?

Answer:Saudi Arabia is by no means an Islamic state. It is precluded from being an Islamic state most importantly because of its legislation of man-made laws. Allah does not appreciate man-made laws and speaks of legislation in the following manner,

{Or do they have partners for them, legislating a religion that Allah has not given permission for.} Surat ush-Shura, ayah 21

{And He (Allah) does not associate in His legislation with anyone.} Surat ulKahf, ayah 26, and in one of the other seven recitals,

{And you (all of creation) do not associate in His legislation with anyone} Surat ulKahf, see the explanation of this recital in Adwaa ulBayaan, V. 4, page 64-70

We also should not be calling it Saudi Arabia, as the Messenger only called it the Arabian Peninsula. To find out further about why we should not call it Saudi, please see our website.

Question:There have been some people that have been going about and telling us that the selling of narcotics, alcohol or other hard drugs is permissible to lessen the population of the kuffar. There is a verse that is quoted from Surat ulBaqara that reads, And if they transgress against you, transgress against them in a like manner. Is this true? Please give evidence.

Answer:This issue has for some reason become a subject of debate among extremely ignorant Muslims. The consequences of these type of activities, with the Qur’an being twisted as an evidence, have the most dire consequences for the Muslims in this life as well as the hereafter. The ayah that they quote is from Surat ulBaqara, ayah 194, in which Allah says,

A sacred month is for a sacred month and the prohibited things are for the law of Qisaas (Eye for an eye, tooth for a tooth, etc). So whoever transgresses against you, then transgress against him in the likeness of what they transgressed against you.

The first order of business is what it explained in the ayah. We must first know if the context of the ayah is correct, so that way we may find whether or not the person using these ayaat is twisting the Qur'an or not. Our first witness in this case will be the magnanimous scholar, alHaafiz Ibn Kathir (RH),

"It was the sixth year of the hijrah and the pagans prevented him [the Prophet (SAW)] and who was with him from traveling to and entering the Holy House. He was ordered with justice, even regarding the Mushrikun (pagans) just as He (Allah) said,

'And if you are punished, then punish with the likeness of that with which you were punished with,' (Surat un-Nahl, ayah 26)

And He (Allah) said,

'And the reward of sin is a sin like it.' (Surat ush-Shura, ayah 40)

Thus in the context of the ayah revealed, it is stated that it is the sixth year of the hijrah, and that the ayah was revealed regarding the fact that the Prophet (SAW) and his companions were prevented from making hajj to the Great and Holy House in Makkah. This verse was then revealed in conjunction with this incident.

The scholar quoted above, and all the other scholars before and after him, never once proclaimed that these verses were clear evidence for selling narcotics or any other types of illegal and/or hard drugs. So from the very beginning, this making narcotics halaal is in contradiction to Divine revelation.

It is narrated in both Sahih Muslim and Sahih alBukhaari on the authority of Jaabir ibn `Abdullah (RAA) that the Prophet (SAW) declared khamr (that which covers the senses), dead meat, the flesh of the pig and idols forbidden to sell. Then someone also asked if it was lawful to use animal fats in consuming, buying and selling. The Messenger answered them, No, it is haraam (forbidden). Then the Messenger continued on regarding the issue,

"May Allah curse the Jews. Truly Allah the Exalted, whenever he made it forbidden on them the animal fats, they sold it and ate its cost price."

It is shown here that the one that makes the halaal haraam or the opposite is a cursed individual, by Allah and His Prophet.

It is also established in the Sunan from a hadith of Ibn `Abbas (RAA) in his statement,

'Allah, Mighty and Majestic, whenever he made it haraam on a people to consume something, He made it haraam on them the cost price of it.'

We can safely conclude from the standpoint of the Sunna and the ruling of the opinion of the trustworthy scholars that from the first step in the rules of buying and selling, it is forbidden to sell and buy that which is haraam to consume.

The great Shaikh ulIslam Ibn Taymiyyah (RH) has said that those who declare hashish (a narcotic) halaal, then they are kuffar, let alone that someone should sell it and profit from it.(alMufid alMustafid fi Kufri Taarik at-Tawhid, p. 71)

Another ruling came from Shaikh ulslam Muhammad ibn `Abdul Wahhaab, Shaikh ulIslam Muhammad ibn Ibrahim, al `Allamah S`ad ibn `Atiq and many other scholars that have declared to be kuffar those that should insist on saying or legalise that cigarettes, alcohol, narcotics and other things to be halaal, so let’s not even ask about the issue of selling these items!! (Fatwa Hukm fi Sharabi dukhaan, p. 7-22, also please see Ad-Durar us-Sunniyyah, V. 10, Kitaab ulMurtadd.

Question:Is jihaad compulsory on each Muslim right now?

Answer:Yes, jihaad is compulsory on every believing man that is physically able to take part. This excludes the extremely old, the blind and the women, as their jihaad is the hajj. The hypocrites have proliferated in such great amounts that it is necessary to remove their evil. The laws of Islam have been replaced and there is shirk (polytheism) in legislation all over the place. The world is without a general leader and the god most people are worshipping is their desires. Allah has said about the fitnah of shirk,

Fight them until there is no more fitnah (shirk) and the religion is in totality for Allah

He (Allah) didn’t say that some of you should fight them and others should cower behind. This fitnah has increased by incredible numbers and we must fight it. If we can’t get to the battlefield, then we should speak against it. If we can’t speak, then we should hate it in our hearts and this is the weakest form of imaan, and this is a direct statement from the Messenger of Allah (SAW).

The Messenger of Allah (SAW) has also said, People will come into Islam in large groups and go out of Islam in big groups.

MUSLIMS RASING FAMILIES IN DARUL-HARB
What happens to Muslim parents when they divorce in Darul-Harb?

A Muslim who divorced his wife more than five years ago was recently summoned to appear in court. During the last 4 years his ex-wife has had him arrested on two occasions and had court injunctions placed against him to keep him from his children. The father did not want to go to court, opting not to have the kuffar interview his children. However, the mother insisted on taking the issue to court.

While in court, the mother claimed the father was a "fundamentalist and extremist Muslim". Alhumdulillah, the Magistrate ignored the mothers claim. Secondly, the mother then claimed the father would take his children out of the country and requested an injunction to prevent him from taking them to Pakistan. Alhumdillah, the magistrate refused this.

Thirdly, in an increased desperate state, the mother asked for an injunction to be placed to prevent the father from taking them to any Muslim country. At this stage, the Magistrate pointed out that the mother and her solicitor where being "stupid, petty, vindictive and acting in an unreasonable manner." He then stopped all proceedings, increased the contact order and ordered that all costs of the proceedings be paid for by the mother, as she was being "totally unreasonable."

It must be noted that more and more divorced Muslim mothers are trying to separate Muslim fathers from their children. And they are prepared to lie, cheat and in many cases inflate their statements to slander Islam in order accomplish their aim.

The justice system, social workers, solicitors and divorced women groups encourage families to be torn apart. Unfortunately, many of our sisters fall into this trap. Another Muslim from the White Chapel area is currently awaiting trial in prison, amid false allegations of kidnapping, torture and attempted murder. Six other Muslims were also hauled to jail by more than 25 armed British police after the divorced mother of one Muslim brother phoned and claimed that she was held hostage by a group of Islamic fundamentalists who all have been to Afghanistan for training.

The Prophet (SAW) said, "Be careful where you plant your seed." And these experiences should serve as a lesson for those Muslims who believe that we should live in Darul-Harb.

CONDITIONS OF SHAHAADA
Testimony of Declaration of Faith

There are seven conditions of the Testimony of Faith in Allah known as "There is no God except Allah:"

1. Knowledge of its meaning with both negative and affirmative aspects.

2. Certitude with perfect knowledge which negates all the doubts and suspicions about it.

3. Sincerity and purity of intention in contradiction to shirk.

4. Truthfulness which negates the falsehood and prohibits the hyporisy.

5. Love and devotion to the Testimony of Faith and its requisites, and rejoicing at it.

6. Submission to its prequisites, which includes obligatory acts of worship to dedicated to Allah alone and seeking His pleasure.

7. Acceptance which in contradiction or denial of the Testimony of Faith.

What Do We Want?

This publication is not aimed at separating or causing too much debate among sincere Muslims. Without news from truthful sources, the only alternative is to take from our enemies; those who enjoin falsehood and forbid truth. Insha'llah, our aim is to provide Islamic education, news and discussion to incite the believers into action. We are working toward the sincere education of Muslims, while continuing to learn and champion the way of the Prophet (SAW) and those Rightly Guided (RAA).

How can you help?

By telling others about this website and helping to distribute this information. Encourage Muslims to ask questions and participate on our discussion board. In addition, be patient with us when we are revising and preparing new content. Get the word out in your community that we are not funded by anyone other than Allah -- alhamdulillah. Thus, our opinions come from our understanding of the opinions of the Siddiqun, not from government scholars, evil rulers, and kuffar.

Finally, make continious du`aa for the Mujaahidin and the Ummah that Allah grant all of us victory and reward.
