We believe that the main reason the West are willing to flex their muscles against
the dogs of Serbia is because they are fully aware that if the democracy loving
KLA are destroyed, then this situation will give the Mujahideeen access to come in
and restore law and order with the Quran and AK47 as experienced in Afghanistan
and Bosnia.

Insha-Allah the Balkans will be as the West fear most in the hands of Mujahideen
and under the discipline of Quran.

Even the Ottoman scenario will be seen as soft comparing to the coming scenario.

Unfortunately the Muslims of Kosovo have gone far from Islam, and it will be
difficult convincing them by showing them books. But they will come back after
they see how cheap their blood is in the eyes of the Kuffar, who are conspiring
against them.

Taleban Recapture a Strategic Stronghold

On Sunday October 18th 1998 The Taleban militia recaptured Taloqan, a strategic
town in northern Afghanistan after fierce fighting with forces loyal to opposition
commander Ahmad Shah Masood.

"Taleban fighters entered Taloqan after a fierce day-long fighting," the hard-line
militia's spokesman Abdul Ahad Jehangirwal told the Afghan Islamic Press (AIP).

"The Taleban are in complete control of Taloqan and its airport," added
Jehangirwal.

The city has changed hands in the recent past. Masood loyalists were driven out of
there during the Taleban's summer offensive in northern Afghanistan. But on
Saturday they flushed out Taleban troops from the strategic town located near the
Tajikistan border.

The Taleban launched the offensive around 11:00 a.m. local time (0600 GMT).
Masood forces put up "tough resistance" but were compelled to flee after seven
hours of heavy fighting.

Taloqan, the capital of north-eastern Takhar province, has been a traditional base
for Masood. It is considered vital for his forces as it controls their supply artery to
Masood's bastion of the Panjsher valley and the areas north of Kabul.

Earlier opposition sources said Taleban fighters launched a co-ordinated attack late
Saturday from Ghorband and Nejrab districts against Masood's troops in northern
Parwan and Kapisa provinces.

Comments: Whenever Taleban loses some territory the West delight in it and when
Taleban retake that territory, the West shake in there boots out of terror.

We also mustn't forget the fact that the opposition led by Mosood is struggling to
keep alive their morale, which is greatly deteriorating.

Kososvo on the cross-roads

Once again we see that the dirty-dogs of Serbia led by the President of Yugoslavia
Slobodon Milosevic, are taking advantage over Muslims in Kosovo, as they know
Mujahideen are not welcome there.

Due to the defeat and humiliation the Serbs suffered in Bosnia by the Mujahideen,
they have decided to continue their vendetta against innocent Muslim citizens.
Recently they have conquered most of Kosovo, and the Kosovon Liberation Army
(KLA) are on the verge of destruction. As usual their cowardly slaughtering of
women and children continues.

After months of oppression and bloodshed, The United Snakes of America and
Europe "UN&NATO" have decided to help the Kosovons against the Serbs,
threatening the President Milosevic to withdraw his forces and heavy weapons
from Kosovo, or else face attacks. NATO have 430 bombers and support aircraft,
(60% from the USA) ready for possible attack.

UN-marked vehicle in an ambush in Kabul;
Italian family's decapitation dilemma

A Taleban judge who has tried and convicted the murderers of a United Nations
peacekeeper has asked the dead man's family to send over a close male relative of
the victim to cut off the killers' heads. The request appalled the family.

Lieutenant-Colonel Carmine Calo, from Eboli, south of Naples, died in August
after being shot by machine-gun in his UN-marked vehicle in an ambush in Kabul
believed to have been an anti-Western reprisal.

The two men tried for the murder are Punjabis who were arrested near
Afghanistan's border with Pakistan.

Colonel Calo's widow, Maria Pepe, said: "We do not want revenge, but justice.
And we are not ready to forgive." She added: "I'd like to see them dead. But I
wouldn't have the courage to give the order to take their lives."

But the choice on offer appears to offer no middle way between a pardon and
decapitation.

In an interview with the Milan daily "Il Giornale", the judge responsible for the case,
Muhammad Hassan Rahman, said that if the killers were forgiven they would be
freed.

Comments:

If this news is correct than this will be the joke of all jokes in Islam. We don't know
whether this Qadi (judge) is from Taliban or Itali-ban.

In Islam it is forbidden for a Muslim to be killed for a Kaffir.

Iran
Iran departs itself from Shariah

The Iranian foreign ministry has tried to play down the decision by an Iranian court
to uphold the death sentence on a German businessman for having a sexual
relationship with a Muslim woman.

Foreign ministry spokesman, Mahmoud Mohammadi, said that the court session
was only a routine examination of possible errors in the proceedings of an earlier
court. He stressed that this is the normal practice for appeal procedures before the
Supreme Court makes the final decision.

The BBC Iranian affairs analyst, Sadeq Saba, said the foreign ministry believes the
possible execution of a German national for sex offences could seriously damage
President Khatami's attempts to improve relations with Europe.

The German government has protested to Tehran over the death sentence. The
German foreign minister, Klaus Kinkel, said he was shocked by the Iranian court
ruling, which upheld a sentence handed down in January. He said "The confirmation
of the death sentence throws a new shadow upon the desire of both governments
to improve relations."

Relations between Germany and Iran had recently improved but Germany has
made it clear that relations could worsen considerably if Mr Hofer is executed.

Germany is Iran's leading western trade partner, and western governments have
been encouraged by the election last year of the reformist president, Mohamed
Khatami.

Mr Hofer, 56, was first sentenced to death in January soon after his arrest for
having an "illicit" affair with a 26-year-old unmarried medical student, Vahideh
Qassemi.

Mr Hofer has said he converted to Islam when he married a Turkish national whom
he has now divorced.

The appeals court had earlier assured German officials that Mr Hofer would be
freed because the court was satisfied he was a Muslim and would marry the Iranian
woman.

Comments:

Maybe they are waiting for Khomeni to come out of his grave to cancel the verses
of the Quran.

This is no surprise as they (Shias) practice Temporary Marriages in order to fulfil
their dirty desires. So really and truly they need to be stoned themselves before
they start stoning other people.

In Islam temporary marriage is not allowed, because on the day of Khaibar Allah's
Apostle (saw) forbade the Mut'a (i.e. temporary marriage) and eating the of
donkey meat. ( Sahih al Bukhari)

Iranian Shias;
IRAN PROSTITUTES ITSELF TO THE WEST

Britain said it hoped to work with the Iranian Shias to enforce sanctions against the
Muslims of Iraq, following Iran’s assurance it would not seek to kill the apostate
dog Salman Rushdie.

Foreign Secretary Robin Cook recently managed to get Iran and Britain to
exchange ambassadors, in-order to restore full diplomatic relations after Iran gave
the apostate Rushdie a false safety covenant on behalf of true Muslims. Cook also
said Britain had a lot of ''common interests'' with Iran (which includes oppressing &
plotting against Sunni Muslims all over the world).

Recently the Iranians, who have more than 200,000 troops on the Afghan/Iran
border, have accused Taleban of opening fire on them. Taleban described the claim
as a lie and accused Iran of inventing the clashes, in order to provide an excuse for
wider clashes.

Iran has also arrested five Afghani brothers, accusing them of spying on them for
Taleban and seeking to carry out terrorism in Iran.

Comments:Meanwhile Sunni Muslims in Iran are being killed and mutilated by the
Shias as a revenge for their so called diplomats (spies). Also the destruction of
Mosques and killing and imprisonment of Sunni Imams still continue since Khomeni
achieved power.

Iran is also running towards the West with shame. They have proven this by
sending troops against Taleban and have also recently let the US play their national
anthem in a sports event held in Iran.

First they took slows steps towards the west, but now they are running towards
them like prostitutes.

We are expecting and getting ready for a long bloody fight which will result in the
annihilation of the Shias.

AFGHANISTAN
Satanic UN Proposals Failed Again In Afghanistan.

Attempts at reconciliation between the Taliban Islamic govt. and the military
un-Islamic forces of north Afghanistan mediated by the UN have proven fruitless
forcing the Taliban to raise arms and continue Jihad.

Comments

All Muslims are reminded that the arms being used against the Taliban Islamic
movement in Afghanistan is from sources in France, Iran, and Dhostum supporters
in Russia. It is also reminded that the UN forces are supporters of the criminal Shah
Masood. The like of the UN at this present moment is reflective of the allies of
Quraish who attacked and supported attacks on the Muslims of Medina in the time
of the Prophet Muhammad (SAW). The UN thus have to be treated with caution
and for what they are and not what is apparent. Former experience in Afghanistan
illustrates that the UN exists to divide the people and to recruit future puppet
leaders. There is also the aspect of deployment of spies and infiltrators amongst the
Mujahideen to sow discord and confusion. These plots by the Kuffars are beyond
the depth of understanding of the Muslims who should not seek them as helpers,
they should instead resolve to seek assistance from Muslim allies. Being tempted
into resolving issues through means other than Islam and Muslims is like asking the
blind to lead the blind. may Allah give victory to Taliban.

Muslims should also be
vigilant about plans by the UN;
Kosovo & The Wolves

The Serbs in an attempt to avoid being bitten in the same place twice have taken
immediate measures to secure the borders to avoid infiltration of arms and
Mujahideen into the Albanian territories. Border patrols are said to consist of six
checkpoints with strip search orders at each. The UN is said to be advising the
Serbs and Albanians on patrolling their borders vigorously and rigidly. Despite
these security efforts, some Mujahideen brothers have managed to enter Kosovo
and have offered and encouraged the Albanians to take up arms against the Serb
oppression. However the morale of the Albanians is low following the recent spate
of Serbian conducted massacres. The Albanians have declined help from the
Mujahideen fearing further oppressive measures. The Mujahideen, all but a few,
have thus been forced to withdraw temporarily from Kosovo.

Comment

The lack of support from the Albanians for the Mujahideen is not to be criticised.
An era under communism and thus a lack of full Islamic teachings has weakened
the people and their belief in an Islamic struggle. It is hoped and encouraged that
the Muslim ummah will still be vigilant with the proceedings in Kosovo and be
prepared to offer assistance as and when required. The Muslims should also be
vigilant about plans by the UN and Serbs to deliberately allow Muslims to
re-capture villages around the borders of Albania. These tactics are to create buffer
zones in these regions to where the Kosovons can be pushed and concentrated in
the future and to allow the Serbs to occupy the remainder of Kosovo as occurred
in the Eastern Bosnian cities of Sebrenica, Gorashda etc. These cities where
handed over by the UN in a very clear conspiracy without shame or explanation.

Islam: questions and answers
Can a women marry without a wali?"

From the Islamic point of view the general answer is NO women are not allowed
to marry without a wali.

We must point out here that, today, some madhabs say that a divorcee or a widow
has the right to do so, however we have not seen real evidence for this.

It is reported on the authority of Aisha (ra) that the Prophet (saw) said" If a women
gets married without the permission of her Wali (Guardian), than her marriage
becomes nullified, nullified, nullified, and if the man has intercourse with her then she
should keep the dowry as a compensation for his access into her private parts, if
they quarrel and argue or dispute then the sultan (person in charge islamically i.e.
judge) becomes a Wali for person who has no Wali. (Imam Ahmed, Imam
Tirmidhi, Imam Dawud and others)

It is reported on the authority of Abu Musa (ra) that the Prophet (saw) said " No
marriage is lawful without a Wali (guardian)." Narrated by Ibn Majacomesh

In Islam, as far as the virgin women is concerned, her father can not force her in to
a marriage against her will, at the same time the girl is not allowed to enforce her
own choice upon her father.

As for the widow, a divorcee, or non virgin for that matter, she is allowed to
choose her own partner and also her own Wali to act on her behalf, She is also
permitted to set out her own (Islamically feasible) conditions to her present Wali, if
he is not willing to accept the girls conditions then they should go to a Muslim
judge, who should, if the conditions are Islamic, present the girls conditions to the
Wali, and if the Wali persists he may be replaced.

We must remember that the above mentioned guidelines can only be used by:

1) An Islamic state 2) and also "fit guardians in the non-Islamic west", but for those
who send their daughters to non-Islamic education and present them with an
environment full of temptation. Islamically they are classified as unfit guardians,
especially if they are not practicing, in this case daughters even if they are virgins,
have the right (if they themselves are practicing and want a practicing partner), to
force the guardian or replace him with a fit guardian, all of which should happen
under Sunni supervision. Girls who loose their virginity outside marriage, namely
because of the evil environment they have been subjected to, have even more right,
(if they have repented and are now practicing), to do so.

As for parents who are living in a non-Islamic environment, 22and are providing
their children with a good wholesome environment as well as the right education
and are practicing themselves, then the rights for a Wali are preserved.

"Is Isra Wal Mirrage a blessed day?"

Certainly yes, Isra Wal Mirrage is a blessed day, but the date it is not certain.
There is no evidence that the blessing for that particular day has been extended to
the present (now). The fact that the Sahaba, Tabieen or Tabieen at Tabieen, never
celebrated, mentioned or specified any times or ways of celebrating this day, is not
to be assumed or used as an excuse to celebrate this day.
As far as we are concerned it was the day of comfort for the Prophet (SAW) after
he was grieved of the death of his wife Khadija and Abu Talib

"I want to know more about Allah…."

"Who is Allah?
With regards to time, Allah is THE First without a start and THE Last without an
end. With regards to place, Allah is THE all encompassing.
Regarding His status, he is THE One; the whole concept is summarized in (Surah
IKHLAS.)
Regarding His knowledge. His knowledge is ABSOLUTE. He is well acquainted
with everything
With regards to His ability. Allah has Power over and above ALL things. (Surah
Mulk, verse 1)

HADITH OF THE MONTH;
"Instruct me as to such a deed as equals Jihad (in reward)."

Abu Huraira (ra) reported that a man came to Allah's Apostle (saw) and said,
"Instruct me as to such a deed as equals Jihad (in reward)." He (saw) replied, "I do
not find such a deed." Then he (saw) added, "Can you, while the Mujahid is in the
battlefield, enter your mosque to perform prayers without cease and fast and never
break your fast?" The man said, "But who can do that?" Abu Huraira (ra) added,
"The Mujahid is rewarded even for the footsteps of his horse while it wanders
about (for grazing) tied in a long rope."[Sahih Bukhari]

Abu Musa (ra) reported that a man came to the Holy Prophet (saw) and said, "A
man fights for war booty; another man fights for fame and the third one fights for
showing off; which of them fights in Allah's cause?" The Prophet (saw) said, "He
who fights so that Allah's Word (i.e. Islam) should be superior, fights in Allah's
cause."[Agreed upon]

Abu Huraira (ra) reported that the Messenger of Allah (saw) said "He who died
without having ever fought in the way of Allah nor did he express any desire (or
determination) for Jihad, he died with the semblance of hypocrisy."[Sahih Muslim]

Abdullah bin Umar (ra) reported that the Messenger of Allah (saw) said, "You (i.e.
Muslims) will fight against the Jews till some of them will hide behind stones. The
stones will (betray them) saying, 'O 'Abdullah (i.e. slave of Allah)! There is a Jew
hiding behind me; so kill him.' " In another quotation narrated by Abu Hurraira (ra):
"The hour will not come until you fight against Jews." [Sahih Al-Bukhari]

Zaid bin Khalid (ra) reported that the Messenger of Allah (saw) said, "He who
provided equipment unto a Mujahid in the way of Allah, and he fought, and he who
remained behind (to look after the) family of a Mujahid in the way of Allah, he also
in fact fought in the way of Allah.[Agreed upon]

Abu Huraira (ra) reported that the Messenger of Allah (saw) said, "Whoever lives
in the desert becomes rough; whoever follows the game becomes careless; and
whoever comes to the doors of the rulers falls into fitna (trouble); and a slave does
not come nearer to the ruler, except that he becomes farther from Allah."(Musnad
Ahmad, Sahih)

Abu Dawud (ra) reports on the authority of Abu Umamah (ra) that the Messenger
of Allah (saw) said (translated): "Whoever did not go out for Jihad, nor helped
equip a fighter, nor looked after a fighters family in his absence, Allah will afflict him
with a calamity before the Day of Judgement." [Abu Dawud]
