Important News
Skills Assessments are mandatory for new members and those seeking apprenticeship training through the Trowel Trade Training Association. Upgrades are being held at the Trowel Trades Training Center for applicants, and new union members. All trowel trades are welcome at the training center. Brick, Stone, Block, Tile, Terrazzo, PCC, Cement, Plastering, Marble. Industry leaders from masonry contractors (Union and Non Union), BAC Local #2, the OPCMIA Local #919, Vancouver School Board, Westview Secondary in Maple Ridge, T.R.A.D.E.S. in New Westminster, suppliers and other stakeholders are all responsible for the great success the training center is having.
