Down a goal , Shawn Scott made a nice save and Daniel Pi corralled the loose puck and made a long clearance pass to an open Tyler Epp who went one on one with the Vancouver C-1 goalie and scored . The short handed goal tied the game 1 all . The T-Birds responded with two quick goals and led Richmond 3-1 but the Renegades came back in a hurry ! Danny Pi scored off a passing play his older brother Daniel Pi and team-mate Jay Howard . Howard tied the game with assists going to A.J. McKenzie and Chad Oyhenart . Early in the third , Dominic Jugovic stole the puck and as he got tripped up by two surging T-bird Players , he managed to pass the puck off to an open Epp . The goalie stopped the initial shot but a streaking Carl Chia banked in the rebound . Jay Howard scored an sensational 5 th goal for the Renegades . Gaelen Mogan and Vincent Forsberg where solid on D.
Two days later the teams met again in Richmond and the game finished in a 4-4 tie .The Renegades currently are 7-10-2 .
The Renegades where down 4-1 in their rematch with the Vancouver C-1 Thunderbirds in third but moniquered an impressive come back to end the game in a 4-4 stail-mate . Darcy Pi had 2 goals while Gaelen Mogan had one goal and an assist . Yong Min Kim scored the other Renengade goal .
