James Doohan, the beloved actor who played Star Trek's Scotty has passed on. In rememberance for the joy he gave us, and for the depth and development he put into one of our most beloved characters.
Mr. Doohan was born on the 3rd of March of 1920 in Vancouver, British Columbia. He first began the role of Lt. Cmdr. Montgomery 'Scotty' Scott in 1966, but he was no stanger to acting. One of his very first roles was that of Phil Mitchell in the 1953 TV series "Space Command."
