I - Be Interactive
-ex: encouraging thinking questions,
using easily understood analogies
-Provide interactive lectures.

T - Promote thinking in terms of HOW
and WHY during class and between classes
-Organize tutorials for each major exam
-Generative topics

E - Emotion, expression and evaluating ideas
-Examples (precious)

S - Stimulate students with voice variation,
pauses for thought, demonstrations, posters
with color etc.
-Spiral learning

C - Constructive and Concept teaching
for synthesis
-Topics can be introduced on a simplified
way first
- Then elaboration can be made on following
