This game is loaded with incredible 3-D animations and great movie imagery in-between the battling makes this game awesome. Not to mention the love story that goes along with it. The characters are realistic and have believable personalities and can relate to everyone. The plot, the characters, the game-play, all of these elements belong together, without one or the another this game will definitely not  be what it is today.

In FF8, you can draw magic from enemies and call upon creatures called Guardian Forces. GF's, as they are commonly called, can help you raise your HP by numerous amounts and help you gain special abilities. You can also play card games in FF8 such as Triple Triad. Another feature in FF8 is that you can go Chocobo Racing, but that's only in the PC version. The Pocket Station didn't come out in time, but you will be able to have Chocobo Racing in the PC version.
