1999 - Captain and instructor Mike Fennell supervises as fire fighters Kevin Woodhouse and Larry Obst prepare to remove the door of this car during an extrication practice. The Fire Department has 8 instructors certified by the Justice Institute in vehicle extrication, and all fire fighters recieve ongoing training in the most recent techinques of extrication.
