2000 - Fire fighter Fred Wilkinson prepares to "untie" fire fighter Rob Ingham during an excercise in the Multi-Plex. The High-Angel Rope Rescue Team, consisting of about 24 members, trains every three months in different venues to prepare themselves for possible rescue senarios.
