Telepathy Information:
Dragons are telepathic to some extent. However, this is only because they have no other means of communication, because they lack sufficient mouth devices to form words. Dragons can talk to their riders, and to other dragons, but not to other dragons' riders. The other riders' minds do not match the dragon's mind pattern, and are not as advanced to support multi-channel telepathy. Dragons have to be a certain distance away for telepathy to actually work, except under certain circumstances when two silvers are talking to each other (a silver's mind for telepathy is generally more powerful). To iniciate telepathy, a connection must be made to a main line of the network, similar to connecting to the internet. However, although they are connected to a main network, the conversations going on can not be overheard. This goes the same for disengaging from a conversation. Images can be sent over telepathy, same as sounds and feelings. Most of the time, feelings are broadcast to enforce the speaker's feelings about the topic. Colors are used also as emotions, coloring the words. Each dragon has a specific signature mind wave, and that is how other dragons can tell who is who, because mind voices sound the same.
