Ranking Information:
There are 7 ranks in the Kellarian system of politics: Dragonqueen(king), Advisory, Wingleader, Senior Flightleader, Flightleader, Junior Flightleader, Dragonrider. Strange that there's 7 ranks, and 7 types of dragons :) The other ranks were explained above in the Flight Formation section, but the Advisory is much like the leaders of the two continents, plus a few others that the Dragonqueen(king) trusts. The Dragonqueen is a woman bonded to a silver (there are no exceptions) and her mate, the Dragonking. The Dragonqueen is not elected, but more or less chosen by the existing Dragonqueen to be heir. Usually, the children of the queen/king are not chosen.
