Cantek Citadel
Location: Northern coast of Menti Ocean, in the Athowe mountain range.
Population: about 500 000

Background Info: Mostly rainy surroundings, misty and clouded. Pashe-ki attacks come often, but Cantek's forces are well-trained and there are rarely any deaths. Most of the un-bonded are fishers.
Menti Citadel
Location: North eastern coast of Menti Ocean.
Population: about 300 000
Dragon population: about 275 000

Boundary color: forest green
Background Info: Unlike Cantek, it's hot weather up north near Menti. Because of the mountains, the rain has to be let out for the clouds to go over the mountains, therefore there is no rain left when the clouds get to Menti. Menti is not as well-defended as Cantek, but pashe-ki raids are less.
Romea Citadel
Location: Laeo-kellaria (upper Kellaria) to the west.
Population: about 1 mil
Dragon population: about 750 000

Boundary color: purple
Background Info: Romea is the capital of Kellaria and home to the Dragonqueen. Most of the commerce and trade (which is sparse) goes on in this city. Since there are so many dragons and riders, Romea is well-protected and is the home to many of the un-bonded. It is the only Citadel housed inside a meteor's impact on the earth.
Dryse Citadel
Location: South of the Menti ocean, west of the Athowe mountains.
Population: about 600 000
Dragon population: about 550 000

Boundary color: brown
Background Info: Dryse is well known for its beautiful sunrises/sunsets. Although it is in desert surroundings, the Citadel itself is scattered around inside various buttes and mesas, and even underground.

South Telleka Citadel
Location: On the northern tip of the medde-Kellarian peninsula, in the Athowe mountains.
Population: about 400 000
Dragon population: about 390 000
Wingleader (f): Skytris and silver Sihera
Wingleader (m): Crel and blue Riven
Boundary Color: blue
Background Info: South Telleka is the Citadel of the Rebels (see story for more about the rebels). It is housed inside a large mountain, covering 50 square kilometers. They were kicked out of their Citadel for a while, and went to Earth (this being only 1/4 of the population) which caused a decrease in the accuracy of Pashe-ki killings. When they came back, they were "warmly" welcomed by the Dragonqueen herself.
Dragon Moon Citadel
Location: Western coast of the Lapdin Ocean, in the Athowe mountain range on the medde-kellarian peninsula.
Population: about 20
Dragon population: about 20

Wingleader (m): Tavin and blue Ondran
Boundary color: orange
Background Info: Dragon Moon was founded by and named by the earthlings who now inhabit it. They had been kicked out of South Telleka. Dragon Moon was built on a gigantic cliff face overlooking a river in a steep valley. It could very well be the most strategic of the outposts positions.
Nakilte Citadel
Location: Southern tip of laeo-kellarian peninsula.
Population: about 60 000
Dragon Population: about 58 000
Wingleader (f): Tira and silver Aramali
Wingleader (m): Kale and blue Menerek
Boundary color: teal
Background Info: In the earlier years, Nakilte was the capital city, but after the major pashe-ki raid that drove everybody north searching for refuge, that changed. It was only later inhabited because of the plentiful fishing grounds, and even then the population was scarce.

Fyrea Citadel
Location: North-east coast of Menti ocean.
Population: about 800 000

Boundary color: light blue
Background Info: Also on the coast and plentiful fishing grounds are nearby. Fyrea is known for its horrible flies and other insects. The citadel is built inside a cave, stretching deep underground to be rid of the flies.
Nicromea Citadel
Location: south on Dentily Island.
Population: about 400 000
Dragon population: about 350 000
Wingleader (f): Allele and silver Banyan
Wingleader (m): Benin and blue Trenkeb
Boundary color: pink
Background Info: Most common place to be hit by supernatural forces (ie, hurricanes). Luckily, they have devised a warning system that can notify people at least an hour before it hits so that there are minimal injuries.

Baok Citadel
Location: Eastern portion of Kellaria, beside the Lapdin Ocean.
Population: about 20 000
Dragon Population: about 20 000
Wingleader (f): Canna and bronze Azalea
Wingleader (m): Araani and white Gershu
Boundary color: black
Background Info: This citadel is the citadel most commonly hit by pashe-ki attacks. Unfortunately, there are too many other small villages out that way for Baok to be abandoned. It is the most commonly forgotten Citadel, and has the highest death rate. Being not quite prepared and equiped, it's not a great place to live.

Kiarna Citadel
Location: southern coast of Lapdin Ocean.
Population: 15 000 (approx)

Wingleader (f): Eekelian and silver Mavri
Wingleader (m): Ionion and blue Orrin
Boundary Color: Sea Green
Background Info: Not too long ago Kiarna Citadel was struck by an epidemic fever that killed the Wingleaders, and three sections of the Citadel. It has been the worst health related population decrease since the Plague.

Raluma Citadel
Location: Nothern part of laeo Kellaria
Population: about 350 000
Dragon Population: about 325 000

Wingleader(m): Shiad and Blue Metaki
Boundary Color: Light Grey
Background Info: Storms come in Raluma, but are few in the summer and many in the winter, because of the cold surroundings, there are no hurricanes or tornadoes that frequent Raluma, only intense blizzards that can last for weeks. Raluma is also known for it's craftmenship in various weaponry. The metals found in the mountains are ideal for use in making weapons and their swords are in high demand.
