Background Info: Dragon Moon was founded by and named by the earthlings who now inhabit it. They had been kicked out of South Telleka. Dragon Moon was built on a gigantic cliff face overlooking a river in a steep valley. It could very well be the most strategic of the outposts positions.
It has recently been uncovered that Dragon Moon was inhabited in the Times before Time (or, more accurately, before history was recorded). Archaeological digs have been scheduled by the Wingleaders to commence within the next month. Any information found must be kept secret within the Citadel.
