Like all great travellers, I have seen more than I remember
and remember more than I have seen.
Make a habit of turning around and looking behind you. The views and the perspective can be more fantastic than those ahead.
-= Faliraki Once More =-
We girls knew we'd miss the convenience of having a swimming pool to hand every single day...
Within a few days of arriving in Faliraki, Clare and I had made friends with the two girls in the apartment opposite us; although their lives were filled with drama, they were great for a laugh and could offer serious competition in the drinking stakes...

We used to drink in a bar called Summer Nights all the time; all I seem to remember about are the blue lights, the friendly owner who always remembered our names and the walls around the bar which listed all the intriguing names of the shots and cocktails on offer...
...one drink we definitely liked was the Fishbowl; a huge bowl filled with whatever cocktail you wanted or a mix of your favourites that you drank through straws with your friends...so one night here, we decided to enter the Pub Quiz to try and win one. We failed miserably but bought ourselves one anyways ~l~
I'll be coming back here one day. I'll bring Curtis this time, I'm sure. I know he won't be as cowardly as my friends in refusing to do a bungee jump over the ocean with me, or to go Parascending around the island...I had a wonderful time though, with the girls. Definitely two weeks that I'll always remember ~bas~
