I firmly believe that Joey and the VJ Ananda Lewis from MTV were playing a good game of pool down at the Isle of MTV. Yeah! That is it... a good game of pool. As many of you know that Joey Fatone, Jr. spent some of his vacation time hanging out at the Isle of MTV. For a second I thought he was going to be the next VJ for them... the boy was everywhere, but that is besides the point. Here is how it all came about.
As I was checking my email some rabid teenager screamed, "OMG Joey Fatone was on the Hotzone and it repeats at one in the morning you have to go watch." I of course never watched the Hotzone and figured why not, plus maybe he will talk about JC. So I turn on my TV and set my VCR to record so in case I fall asleep I could watch the next day. Sure enough Joey was on with his extremely bright red hair. (Okay I understand that you had an accident the first time with the dye, but I second time?) Well Joey was there wearing the weirdest outfit ever known to man, but smiling and having a blast. As I watched the show I was like 'maybe I will watch tomorrow.' It was nice to hear how he was doing and loved being on the Isle of MTV.
As the week passed by, a man asked a question, "Have you always been this good with the ladies?" This raised an eyebrow for me... it wasn't "how have you been with the ladies?"... but more of a I have seen you for a few days with the women and you ain't going home alone. Ananada came in and was like you want to know what his secret is. Joey began to say 'well ya know' and then gave some crap about how he has always been a flirt, but the key thing is to be honest with them. Okay not like being apart of 'N Sync doesn't help with the ladies... in all honesty it'a what gets them in your lap EVERY time. However, during that exchange I witnessed something happen between Ananda and Joey. The pool game was underway.
Ananda is thinking to herself that I am pretty good... pool player if you will and there is no way that you can tame me hun'. I am a thug girl and you can even ask Master P. She even said that Joey couldn't out bark her. Joey of course puts on his flirty smile that says maybe you can out bark me, but at least I can make you bark all night long... that is if we play pool together.
So the week goes back and forth and they are talking about videos, gossip about 'N Sync, and other random tidbits of pop culture. I can't count the number of of giggles, smiles and disgusting hand placement on the thighs happen, but they did occur. To leave me to my own personal conclusion that they finally played pool together. I am sure that Ananda didn't want to play pool with him, but he bugged her so much about it that she finally said why in the hell not?
I confirmed my belief when on the last episode that Joey was to appear on The Hotzone they were both wearing bright red pants and white shirts. His was of course the Hawaiian shirt that is so popular in men's fashion (I will like to shoot the guy who said that was cool), and hers was some little girlie shirt. In their red matching shades talking about how much that they were going to miss each other... blah... blah... blah. I knew that they had played pool and they liked it!! And since they were matching... they liked it A LOT!!!
Now I am NOT saying that Ananda and Joey are dating... far from it... I am just saying that they might have played a game of pool two or three times while they were on the island.
By the way, if you don't know what pool is don't even bother asking.
