Davey Boy Smith had proposed marriage to Andrea Hart, and she had accepted, before his death. Her four children have given varying reasons for Smith's death including choking on a chicken bone, dying in bed and drowning. The autopsy reports in both the UK and Canada have proven to be inconclusive. Smith's father has ordered an investigation into the cause of death. There is speculation that murder is a possibility.
