- Tonight's episode of WWF Heat will be the first opportunity for the WWF to acknowledge the litigation problem with the ECW trademark. Basically, the WWF could do one of two things: pay for the use of the trademark, which would basically mean buying what's left of the company, or, rename the renegade group and stay away from the ECW moniker altogether.
- WWF Raw will remain a WWF show, and WWF Smackdown will continue to be taped on Tues and shown on Thurs.
- DAWN MARIE has been contacted and may be brought into the ECW mix by the WWF.
