Rob's Journal

Thursday Afternoon, January 23, 2003.... The third round of winter weather in six weeks began last night at around 11:30 here and, as of midday, has left North Carolina with a new blanket of snow. Locally, we have around three or four inches on the ground. To our south, Charlotte is reporting seven to ten inches, and the coast is bracing for in excess of ten inches. Unlike the ice storm in December and the trace of snow last Friday, this time we are dealing with temperatures in the single digits and bitter wind chill. This is how we spend our Spring Break. With the rarity of events like this, it is easy to simply reflect and enjoy.... Happy Birthday to my dad, tomorrow... Take care; stay warm. Thank you for being with me here at David Roberson . Com.
