Sunshine Salad

8 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
6 c. boiling water
4 c. cold water
1 1/2 lb. grated carrots
2 (20 oz.) cans crushed pineapple

Dissolve Jello in boiling water, then add cold water,
carrots and pineapple. Makes 1 steam table pan. Serves 45.
