Squash Casserole
9 lb. frozen squash
3 c. onions chopped
1 lb. butter
1 c. powdered milk
2 1/2 doz. eggs
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1/2 lb. grated cheese
3 c. bread crumbs
Cook squash and onions in small amount of boiling salted
water until tender. Combine squash, onions, butter, eggs, and
milk and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste. Place in
greased steam table pan. Top with browned bread crumbs and
grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until set and lightly browned.
