Makes 2 quarts
1 qt. buttermilk
1 qt. Best Foods mayonnaise
2 pkg. Knox gelatin (unflavored) softened in 1/4 c. boiling water. **
1 heaping tsp. onion powder
1 heaping tsp. garlic powder
1 heaping tsp. coarse ground pepper
1 heaping tsp. m.s.g. or Accent (optional)
Put in large bowl, mix well. Mixer can be used.
Roquefort or Blue cheese may be added. Let sit to thicken.
Use on vegetables, baked potatoes, hot wings or as a dip.
** the gelatin makes this a good consistency for a dip.
