Cucumber Salad
 

 Serves 100

8 1/2 lbs. cucumbers, sliced thin
1 1/4 lb. onions, sliced thin
6 c. sour cream
6 c. mayonaise
3 tsp. salt
5 Tbsp. sugar
14 oz. vinegar

Combine sour cream, mayo, vinegar, salt and sugar to am a thin
creamy dressing.  Pour over cucumbers and onions and combine gently.
Chill.  Makes 100  1/3 c. servings.
