Tortilla Pinwheels 

1 cup sour cream 
8 ounces cream cheese 
1(4oz) can diced green chilies, drained 
1 (4oz) can chopped black olives, drained 
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese 
1/2 cup chopped green onions 
Garlic powder to taste 
Seasoned salt to taste 
5 (10 inch) flour tortillas 

Combine first 8 ingredients in bowl; mix well. Spread mixture on tortillas. 
Roll to enclose filling. 

Chill, wrapped tightly in plastic wrap for several hours. 
Cut tortilla rolls into 1/2 inch slices. Arrange on platter. 
Serve with salsa if desired.
