Chapter 66.  State Adoption and Distribution of Instructional Materials

 

66.51(a)(3) A teacher's component submitted to accompany student instructional materials under consideration for adoption shall be part of the publisher's official bid and shall be provided for the duration of the original contract and any contract extensions at no cost to every teacher that uses the adopted student materials in a school district or open enrollment charter school.

     Will provide one copy/set for every teacher of the grade or subject for the life of the TEA

      One set/copy for every teacher of the grade or subject for the life of the TEA contract and extensions.

     and a full set of all ancillary materials.  Special Program teachers will receive at least a teacher edition and

      Agree to provide a detailed list of Garland ISD ancillary packages including all items, ISBN numbers,

B.  Will provide an itemized price list with Texas specific ISBN’s, indicating cost per item of each

      set of  student bid package, teacher bid package, and ancillary materials.

 

 

 

 

 

C.  Will guarantee the above itemized prices for all individual items for the life of the adoption and
