HE WAS BROUGHT FROM JAIL TO THE WASHINGTON COUNTY HOME INSTITUTE ON MARCH 15TH 1944 AFTER SERVING 15 FOR DISTURBING THE PEACE. PLACE OF DEATH: ENTERPRISE MINE , Arden , Washington County , PA. Date & Time: April 21th 1944 , 1030 am. CAUSE OF DEATH ; FOUND DROWNED. BURIED AT : FAIRVIEW CEMETERY LOT 8 , SECT G , BURGETTSTOWN , WASHINGTON COUNTY , PENNSYLVANYA. I CAN'T FIND HIS HEADSTONE.(CAN YOU HELP ME FIND IT ? ) HE WAS ONE OF THE FOUNDER OF THE AMERICAN LEGION POST 698 IN BURGETTSTOWN , PA 1941. The Post paid $25.00 for his burial 22 April 1944 .
