My Playground
This picture was taken from Center Island when I was 9 years old. Notice the absense of Sky Dome in the skyline! Taking the ferry to the island was my favourite activity as a young girl. To this day, I still go just for the view!

My 8th Birthday
People used to tell me that I had to stop giving them "that look" whenever I was mad. I don't have a clue what they were talking about!
Notice how happy my "picked-on" brother and sister seem to be? Hahaha

My 12th Birthday
Getting wet in the "pool" in mom's backyard. For anyone who is not familiar with downtown Toronto, it should be noted here that yard space is a luxury. My mother's back yard is approx. 12 feet square! Her front yard is smaller and she has a tree growing there that takes up most of it! I am glad to say that I had both city and country life as a kid. Ü
I was always told that I was a "sneaky" kid but I prefer to call it "savvy"!
