This archive is here to provide guitarists (and musicians) with information on guitars, amps, and other equipment Billy uses both on tour and in the studio. If you know of any other equipment that you think should be mentioned here, please e.mail me. A very BIG "thank you" goes out to Forever Sound for letting me use a lot of their information on this page. Please be sure to visit them. They have amp settings for nearly every Pumpkins song and complete information on what you see on this page. Thanks again!

For those who are interested in pianos, Billy owns a J. Bauer & Co. piano from the 20's, which was used to record [most notably] "Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness" and a demo titled "Wishing You Were." It's also heard on several other Pumpkins recordings. He also owns [and has used] a mellotron which can be heard really well on songs such as "Luna".
