~My Story Continued~
When my Mommy found out that I was coming,
she was very very happy.
But she only knew about me for a week,
then she woke up and she was bleeding!
Mommy tried to be so brave for me,
But I went to Heaven, and my Mommy was so sad.
Mommy only had me for 5 weeks and 2 days.
Someday I will get to meet Mommy, Jonathan and Monica,
And we will all be happy again.
