Tree Sprite
This is approx 18" high and Raku fired.
Basically, that means it is fired in a metal bin with paper burning around it. The ash is what creates the effect on the paint, and no 2 pieces are ever alike.
It represents earth.

Dragon
This piece is also Raku fired.
It represents fire.
What amazed me with the Raku firing on this piece, was the fact that it just happened to turn out with a fiery colouring....The luck of the draw!!*L*..I was very impressed with it too.
It was my first attempt at coil building.
