to perform and accept all responsibilities for the President;
to ensure all duties and responsibilities of Board Members are
performed;
to monitor that all CSL Members comply with CSL Rules and
Regulations in the absence of the President of the League; and,
to assist the President to perform all these functions when
available that are required to run the league to the
best of their abilities.
