1.  The Champion Spades League Membership majority ruling is the final ruling that the CSL Board will enforce.

2.  At all times the Champion Spades League nameplate must be worn to play Champion Spades League games.

3.  Married couple or persons living in the same households may not be partners but are welcome to play as opponents.

4.  CSL players entering CSL Rooms will be advised of any other players that are enroute so the entering player has the option to wait or open a new room.

5.   When a CSL room is opened with the CSL name, a CSL authorized password must be used.  If you are advised that your room is not accessable, please go back to the lobby and re-create your room.   CSL members will have access to ALL CSL rooms.  Any CSL room that is not accessable to all will not count on the stats page.

6.  The password may not be given out to non-members and if in doubt of a membership, please contact a Board Director for confirmation.

7.  The Winning Team will report the game scores and names.  If the Games Statistician is not online, then use the Game Scores E-Mail on the CSL Stats webpage.

8.  You have twenty-four (24) hours to report game scores and two (2) days to report in correction to stats.

9.  The timers shall be set at thirty/sixty (30/60) unless all players agree on different timer settings.  Game setting shall be set at minus two hundred/five hundred (-200/500).

10.  Nils and Blind Nils are never allowed by any players when there is a bot in the room.  If a player bids nil on a bot, the opponents will win by default.

11.  If a player is booted the remaining team partner has the option to restart the game IF the scores are within fifty (50) points of each other or the score is under three hundred (300) points.

12.  In the event of a Forfeit, all playing members must all agree to a forfeit and the forfeited game must be reported.

13.  In the event of a tie with exact scores and bags, both teams will be credited for the win.

14.  The use of foul, obscene or harrassing language and/or any other offensive actions will not be tolerated.  If such a situation occurs, the first time will be a verbal warning with a verbal apology, the second will be a written warning with a written apology and thirty (30) day suspension; and, in the event of a third time that member will be expelled from the CSL Membership.  It is the CSL Board's decision whether all of these steps are implemented or bypassed due to the nature & seriousness of the situation.

15.  At no time may a player play under another member's name.  If this occurs an automatic thirty (30) day suspension will be enforced.

16.  If at any time a CSL member advises another player or requests another player's cards during that hand or game and/or is caught cheating in any matter will be deemed as cheating.  If this occurs an automatic thirty (30) day suspension will be enforced.

17.  If any CSL member is suspended from any other league, that member will be on CSL Probation for thirty (30) days.

18.  Any CSL member that while wearing the CSL name & in a CSL room is found to be promoting, encouraging and/or soliciting CSL members to other spade leagues will have their CSL Membership revoked.
