Inmates win 'Bookmobile' for state correctional facilities
Inmates throughout the state joined together to file suit on Kentucky not having a mobile library for inmates to use during recreational hours.

be utilized at correctional facilities statewide
After a special hearing on April 15, the inmates of Kentucky's correctional facilities will now be able to choose from a variety of books during recreation hours.
Each correctional facility will hire a librarian or use their institutional librarian to give inmates the opportunity to select a book from that facilities bookmobile one day a week.
