On October 20th, 2002 Townsend was the opening act for Aaron Carter at Great America. Earlier in theday there was a kareokee contest to sing their kareokee song on stage before Townsend. Some familiar faces competed in the contest, but sadly, they just barly got beat out. All in all, it was a fun filled day.
