The whole idea to get a band together started basically with Jason and Scott talking about it during 2nd period!! We didn't really consider seriously doing it until the very end of the year. So it started with guitarist Jason Zaleski, and singer Scott Summers . So we needed a bass player and a drummer, and around that time it turned out that that rising local band Forced to Nothing were making some lineup changes which freed up their former bassist Greg Labrador. Jason and Scott quickly questioned Greg about possibly getting together and jamming sometime, fortunately, he agreed. It all came together when we heard of a young talented drummer in Jon Maier, we met with him and asked him to come up and jam with us, and that's pretty much where it started. We had our first session as a band the week after graduation, and right from the start everything fell into place. We were sitting around jamming when we came up with the idea for our first song, "Stumble". By the end of our first day we had our first song finished, and we had our identity.. STREAMLINE!....Over the rest of that week we played non-stop and by the end of the week we had 3 songs written, and got our first chance to play them live for a bunch of our friends, which went pretty well!....Since then, Streamline has continued their relentless practicing and to date has written 7 songs and is getting ready to take the local scene by storm. As of right now Streamline has plans to record a demo, and start doing shows throughout the Pittsburgh Area, and just see where everything goes from there.
